Brian Pagliano was a State Department IT Tech who
moonlighted as a top Clinton staffer, building and maintaining her server. He has thus far refused to answer any and all
questions, having pleaded the Fifth Amendment.
Now, the FBI has seized his personal computer system. In the interim, as it inevitably turns out,
the State Department has told Congressional investigators that it cannot find any backup copies of Pagliano’s
emails.

Golly gee. Who would
have ever expected that?
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Are the Tea Parties history? (Joni ~ Indianapolis, IN)
A. Way back in 2009 and going into the 2010 mid-terms, I
predicted that if they did not unite under one roof and start fielding some
candidates, they were destined to oblivion.
It seems that prediction is coming true, but they have made an impact
which is unlikely to be forgotten until the next despot takes office, hopefully
not soon.
Q. Did I hear that the DNC is broke? (Ermalee ~ Houston, TX)
A. Yes, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz is scheming to get the
taxpayers to fund $20 million for their 2016 convention. Maybe The Clinton Foundation or Planned
Parenthood will kick in five or ten bucks.
Q. I read recently that the federal government has the power
to shut down any or all cell phones.
Under what circumstances can they do that? (Todd ~ Primm, NV)
A. The government has thus far refused to release that
information. They did exactly that
during a protest at the Bay Area Rapid Transit system in 2012. Such shutdowns mean that cell phone owners in
the area of the shutdowns can’t even dial 911 in the event of an emergency and,
as you know, most people have disconnected their landlines and rely solely on
cellular service.
