POT HOUSE

In the search for a newer, less-expensive building material, James Savage of Green Built discovered that hempcrete, a material made from hemp, has several advantages: when combined with lime and water, it is a good insulator that is also flexible.  Pests and mold don’t like it and it’s almost totally fireproof.

COMMENTS:
If you start building prisons with the stuff, it will give new meaning to the words “vacationing in the joint.”

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Do you think a Joe Biden presidency would be any different than a Barack Obama presidency?  (Riley ~ Volcano, CA)
A. I don’t think you’d have all of these absurd “racist” claims.  And we’d have a president sitting on the front stoop of the White House with a 12-guage shotgun on his lap.  Outside of that, I think things would be pretty much the same.

Q. I understand Obama is preventing government inspectors general and other watchdogs from doing their jobs?  (Hester ~ Phoenix, AZ)
A. Starting in July, inspectors general no longer have access to wiretaps, grand jury proceedings or credit information during their investigations.  These rules apply although Congressional legislation mandate they shall have access to all information they require.  Aw, come on Barack… At least throw the watchdogs a bone or two.

Q. How will various states and cities be able to deal with 200,000 Syrian refugees on top of all of the illegal aliens Obama is importing?  (Carlos ~ Brownsville, TX)
A. T.S.  That means, “tough situation.”  Or, as Obama would say, “I don’t care whether you like it or not; it’s an order.”
