A veteran who was in hospice care in a Florida V.A. Hospital
died while taking a shower; his body was left in the shower for over nine
hours.
COMMENTS:
The V.A. probably viewed it as being a dead issue… no longer
worthy of immediate attention.

Q. What do you think of Trump’s selection of Tillerson for
Secretary of State? (Charmaine ~ Palo

A. The fact that Trump dawdled on Romney for so long and then
picked Tillerson out of the clear blue, (both being successful businessmen), tells
me that Trump is going to use State to rebuild our economy both domestically
and internationally. He was justifiably
getting a whole lot of flak over Romney, so he started looking around for
another suitable business man. Of
course, there are other serious foreign relations aspects to the State
Department, so Trump picked John Bolton to be Tillerson’s backup. I think it’s a great package.
Q. Why are conservatives bent out of shape over Obama’s
orders to the CIA to investigate possible Russian hacking that could have
influenced our elections? (Solo ~ Salt
Lake City, UT)
A. Because the Russians hacked into government computers and
American business computers and Obama just shrugged it off, but now that
Hillary lost the election he’s decided to use Russia as the excuse.
Q. Portland is enacting a law that will add taxes on company
CEO’s? (Benton ~ Minden, NV)
A. From what I see, it’s unconstitutional. Companies located in the city will see a 10
percent tax increase if their CEO makes more than 100 times the average pay of
their workers and 25 percent tax increase if the CEO makes 250 times the
average worker salary. The law singles out a specific segment of society as a
target for retribution and it certainly is every incentive for companies to
pack up and move out.
