The Environmental Protection Agency has been relentlessly
pursuing its year-long research into methane gas emissions from cows with an eye toward
taxing such emissions or outlawing them altogether. Obama’s “Climate Action Plan” would require
the dairy industry to reduce methane emissions by 25 percent by 2020. The
Agriculture Department, Energy Department and Environmental Protection Agency
are set to put together a “Biogas” roadmap to reduce methane emissions.
COMMENTS:
When you go driving into the countryside and observe cows
with their sides puffed out while floating five feet above the ground, you’ll
know that E.P.A. regulations are in effect.
The next thing you know, they’ll be requiring cows to be hooked up to fuel
intake systems on tractors. If they
discover your cow is emitting methane, they’ll send in a SWAT team wearing gas masks. And we’re paying these lunatics?
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Is Brian Williams finished? (Caleb ~ Mesa, AZ)
A. Brian who?
Americans are forgiving, but Williams has a mountain of work to do to regain
any semblance of integrity. He should go
to work for Obama.
Q. Obama says it’s easier to buy guns than carrots in some
neighborhoods. He’s trying like hell to
convince the country that we need gun control.
Is he making any headway? (Flo ~
Sparks, NV)
A. The far-left liberal agenda continues to make headway on
all fronts including gun control, because Americans are two busy sending text
messages to each other and playing video games to give a hoot. The statement is ridiculous; when is the last
time you had to provide identification and pass a background check to purchase
a carrot? Yes, you can easily buy guns
in the criminal world, but not the responsible citizen world. So, what’s the justification in making the
responsible citizen give up his guns?
Obama’s ammunition is stale.
Q. What about Trey Gowdy’s accusation that there are months
and months of gaps in Hillary’s email documents, including Benghazi? (Paul ~ Galveston, TX)
A. There’s a simple explanation: All emails sent during
those periods were personal emails and she conducted no business at all during
those periods, so she should refund to the treasury the pay she received from
the taxpayers during those times. Can
you buy that?
