The Obama Administration and HUD issued an internal change last year that went around a Congressional law. Judge Richard Leon, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia had his fill of it and issued an order slapping the change down. In particular, Leon admonished HUD for attempting to change its rules so that its application of fair housing policy would achieve equal outcomes, instead of equal opportunity to obtain housing under the law, as Congress intended.

Aw, shucks. Obama
just can’t get away with anything anymore.
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Michelle says if you’re Black you have to vote
Democrat? (Cass ~ Dayton, NV)
A. "That's my message to voters. This isn't about
Barack, it's not about the person on the ballot, it's about you. And for most of the people that we're talking
to, a Democratic ticket is the clear ticket that we should be voting on,
regardless of who said what or did this. That shouldn't even come into the
equation." I presume she’s talking
down to the “dummies?” Certainly, Black
Americans are not entitled to free choice like the rest of us, right?
Q. I see Rand Paul is predicting that the Republican wins
last week will result in an expanded war in Iraq and Syria. Is he correct? (Plennie ~ Rochester, MN)
A. Not necessarily.
But, I do believe we have to decide whether or not we want to wait for
I.S.I.S. to come to the U.S. before we do something about them, or whether we
want to stop them before they get here.
On the basis of that decision, we need now to decide whether we get
totally out of there immediately, or whether we go in and literally clean house. Unfortunately, any middle ground that we
attempt is not going to accomplish a damned thing except to cost a lot of lives
and money. Or maybe we should send Paris
Hilton and Miley Cyrus over there and make love, not war.
Q. A lot of pundits are saying the next two years are going
to be a brutal, all-out war in Washington, that the Republicans are not going
to be able to “get along” with Obama. Do
you agree? (Denver ~ Pocatello, ID)
A. I have a different take on it than is being commonly reported. I believe Republicans were elected to stop
Obama, not to get along with him. Obama
wants to run this country by dictatorship, and he must be stopped; he has
caused way too much damage and ruined way too many lives in this country already.
