F.B.I. WANTS TO OUTLAW ENCRYPTION

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking Congress to outlaw encryption of emails, internet communications and telephone calls.  Encryption is a method of altering the digital contents so that only the person on the receiving end can understand the message.  It is used widely to thwart hackers and scammers, but the FBI says encryption enables terrorists and crooks to communicate without fear of their messages being intercepted by law enforcement.

COMMENTS:
Just as there is nothing in the Constitution that specifies what language I must communicate in, so is there nothing to prevent me from using codes or encryption.  Where are the Navajo Code Talkers when you need them?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Iran is jerking Obama and Kerry around like the imbeciles they truly are.  Are we going to end up with a deal that gives them nukes and removes sanctions?  (Terry ~ Danville, CA)
A. Although it might not happen today, I think that is what Kerry and Obama ultimately have in mind. They will do anything possible to avoid a showdown with Iran while upsetting Israel at the same time.  Now, you may think their attitudes constitute political suicide, but there’s not a soul in this country who has had the guts and fortitude to stand up to them yet, with the exception of Joe Wilson, of course.
Q. What’s your opinion of the DEA agents getting caught having sex parties paid for by members of the Columbian drug cartels?  (Manny ~ North Las Vegas, NV)
A. I’m disappointed that they didn’t buy American.  Frankly, we have the president and Secretary of State on the verge of letting Iran have its nukes and we’re worried about sex parties?  We need to get our priorities straight.

Q. I can’t believe the audacity of Obama to take off to Florida and play golf while the Middle East is descending in flames.  (Garza ~ Yuma, AZ)
A. That golf outing cost the U.S. taxpayers almost $1 million.  The analogy is this: Nero fiddled while Rome burned; Obama golfs while the Middle East burns.

DOES CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION LOOM?

North Dakota has become the 27th state to call for a Constitutional Convention to consider a Balanced Budget Amendment; 34 states are required.  The need for a balanced budget amendment has become more urgent with each passing year, as the annual budget deficit has created a total national debt of more than $18 trillion. Recent projections have said the debt will keep growing and will be nearly $20 trillion by the time President Barack Obama leaves office, according to THE BLAZE.
.
COMMENTS:
It’s too bad and very sad, but the simple fact is that we can no longer trust our elected representatives in Congress to do their jobs.  All they want to do is spend, spend, and spend.  The country needs to take them to the woodshed.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I thought Ted Cruz was born in Canada.  The Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born citizen,” so how can he run for president?  (Jeremy ~ Stanton, WA)
A. Well let’s parse this out.  If he wasn’t born via caesarean section, then he was “natural born.”  If he is a citizen of the U.S., then he’s qualified, right?  Yeah, I know: I’m not an Obama Zombie… just sayin’…

Q. Will the U.S. reach their “deal” with Iran by March 31st?  (Marlin ~ Las Vegas, NV)
A. Just from a political standpoint, I would say not.  Considering everything else that is going on in the Middle East today, as well as the verbose statements from the Iranian authorities, I suspect Kerry and Hussein will push the timetable yet once again, this time to June 30th.  By that date, the matter may be moot anyway; the Iranians may have already obtained their nuclear weapon.

Q. Are there any incidences of licensed concealed carrying gun owners committing crimes?  (Kim ~ Helena, MT)
A. Not to my knowledge and the FBI Director says that he’s never had any problems with them, either.  You have absolutely no idea how many times you have been in the presence of someone carrying concealed and never had the slightest hint that was the case.  I am far more intimidated and fearful of someone who carries openly because, I consider him to be a nut case with no real respect for what a gun can do and with an internal desire to show people his potential “power” over them.

HARRY REID BOWS OUT

Harry Reid will not seek reelection.

COMMENTS:

I’m guessing that even God has decided to take a day off and celebrate.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. How do we prevent such things as happened with the German airlines co-pilot?  (Bart ~ Sparks, NV)
A. The same way as the idiot in the White House would prevent shootings: ban airplanes. Whenever you have nutcases or terrorists, they are going to be seeking ways to turn things into weapons.  Guns kill, airplanes kill, rocks kill.  So, the real issue is with the perpetrator, not the physical object to be used in the act.  There is virtually no way to keep a nutcase or terrorist from committing acts of violence; if they are bound and determined to do so, they will find a way.  So, it seems to me that people need to be trained to observe and recognize traits in others which may indicate a propensity for committing such acts.

Q. With the Middle East erupting in total war in all countries, who is really to blame?  (Orville ~ Wichita, KS)
A. Without question, everything going on over there right now can be attributed to Barack Hussein Obama.  He, of course, lays the blame at the feet of George W. Bush.

Q. Do you have any thoughts on the Amanda Knox decision?  (Alicia ~ Redding, CA)
A. I presume there are those who will always think that Amanda and her then boyfriend certainly had something to do with the murder of the roommate.  How can we know the true answer unless we ourselves examine the evidence; even then, there may not be enough evidence with which to make the judgment.  The ultimate Judge, of course, will rule on the matter when Knox dies, presuming that the Progressives have not outlawed God’s judgment by that time.

WHY THE STATE DEPARTMENT DIDN’T OBJECT TO HILLARY’S PRIVATE SERVER

The State Department had no Inspector General during the years when Hillary was Secretary.  And the Acting I.G., former Ambassador Harold W. Geisel was joined at the hip with her.

COMMENTS:
And we all know the age-old story: When the law is away, the Clintons will play.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. The Senate turned down Obama’s budget 98-1?  (Mindy ~ Kelso, WA)
A. Yep.  The one vote came from Senator Tom Carper of Delaware, probably because Joe Biden grabbed his 12 gauge shotgun off the front stoop and threatened to shoot Carper if he voted against it.

Q. NEWSMAX has released its list of the Best Top 50 Conservative Websites.  I didn’t see any of your blogs on the list.  Why not?  (Dee Anne ~ Provo, UT)
A. Gosh, I guess I was 51st.  Then again, every once in a while I do come out with a viewpoint that is totally opposite of a Conservative position.

Q. What’s your opinion of that Texan who came home from Mexico to discover his house had been burglarized and $200,000 in cash and 45 guns had been stolen?  (Cal ~ Georgetown, TX)
A. Some of his guns and the cash were in a safe that had been dismond-cut open.  That leads me to believe someone knew he had the guns, money and safe, because they came prepared.  Joe Lohmeier admitted, however, that he had no burglar alarm and no video cameras.  He’s almost dumb enough to be president.

CLINTON’S EMAILS EXPOSE WIDESPREAD CORRUPTION

As the news continues to ooze out about Clinton’s private email server, it has been revealed that many top State Department staffers were using her server for their own government email traffic.

COMMENTS:
This means that literally hundreds of thousands of emails to and from the Pentagon, the DOJ, Embassies, the White House… were being sent and received without the legally required government oversight and records keeping.  That being the case, the entire Obama Administration can be compared to an organized crime syndicate, probably doing illegal and unconstitutional things while keeping them from prying eyes.  You cannot have the type of widespread corruption that has come to the surface over the past two years without it being sanctioned by the top levels of government, meaning the Oval Office.  Nixon was an amateur when compared to this White House.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. How do you feel about Obama claiming that ObamaCare is a rousing success?  (Karla ~ Eugene, OR)
A. By now you should have learned that whatever Obama says is worthless.  Whenever he opens his mouth, the winds rustle through the trees.

Q. Putin says that a new House resolution to arm the Ukraine is tantamount to a declaration of war.  He also has threatened Denmark to use nukes against them in retaliation for increasing defense systems and joining a NATO defense shield.  Do you think he’s serious?  (Mal ~ St. George, UT)
A. The whole anti-American world fully understands that they need to take on the U.S. before Obama gets out of office.  Now is the time to make significant headway against us.  You can expect Russia, North Korea, Iran, I.S.I.S., China and every other would-be enemy to take a shot at us, no play on words intended.  Obama is practically inviting them all to do just that.

Q. Do you think FBI gun statistics have been manipulated to show that gun crimes are worse than they really are?  (Lyle ~ Kellogg, ID)
A. In some cases, yes.  But, by and large, their stats show that gun crime has been on the decrease, particularly in locales where it is easier to obtain concealed carry permits.  When Chicago was forced by the Supreme Court to allow residents to own guns, for example, gun violence in that city plummeted, and FBI stats reflect that.

U.S. GESTAPO GOES AFTER YOUR SNACKS

The government has spent $240,000 to study how to slow down vending machines that dispense “unhealthy” snacks.  “This project tests whether a novel snack vending machine system that uses brief time delays to reduce the immediacy of reward from unhealthy snacks will improve the healthfulness of snack choices,” according to the project description.

COMMENTS:
Think of all of the paper and trees the government could save if they required Americans to revert to the use of corn cobs instead of toilet paper.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. President Barack Obama signed an executive order last week to slash the federal government’s greenhouse gas emissions, which the White House said is the equivalent to taking 5.5 million cars off the road.  Is that possible?  (Sully ~ Pueblo, CO)
A. Let’s hope and pray that the 5.5 million cars have license plates that read “U.S. Government,).  They can get rid of a lot of bad emissions by simply closing down Congress for six months.  Frankly, I think the chances of this actually being successful are slim and none.

Q. ICE says there are 167,000 criminal illegal aliens on the loose in this country.  Why are they not in prison where they belong?  (Kelly ~ Santa Rosa, CA)
A. Because Obama doesn’t want them in prison, and that’s a true fact.

Q. Glenn Beck has been really ripping the Republican Party lately.  I thought he was a Republican?  (Todd ~ Edmonds, WA)
A. He’s a Conservative, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s a Republican.  In fact, he says he has quit the party and will no longer donate to them.  Well, he’s exactly four years behind me.  The Republican Party should be dissolved.  They’re worthless, just as Beck says.  That don’t stand up for anything and they don’t back their words with actions.  They might as well merge with the Progressive Democratic Party.
