OBAMA’S LATEST FUTILE FAILURE

Obama’s recent trip to Europe and the Middle East was billed as an opportunity to build a consensus on how to handle the Ukraine, Iran and Syria.  The results are now in, and the predominant opinion is that his mission was a failure and his trip did little, if anything, to improve things.

COMMENTS:
Perhaps they are able to see through Obama, whereas the left-wing liberal Democrats in this country cannot.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Is it possible that MSNBC could go off the air? (Tad ~ Happy Camp, CA)
A. Their ratings are plummeting as well as earnings.  They must either change their editorial policies or face the inevitable.

Q. I didn’t tread the article, but I did see an interesting headline that the stock market is rigged.  Do you agree?  (Helene ~ Sitka, AK)
A. I have long felt that some of that TARP money was funneled into a special fund to keep the stock market up and make Obama look good.  It’s really the only thing that makes sense to me, being as the market is up while the economy sucks.  What they are referring to, however, is that some high money investors seem to be getting advance and inside information from computer programs that allow them to trade in advance of actual market fluctuations.

Q. Do you think we will ever find out what happened to Malaysian Airlines Flight 370?
A. I have not wavered from my opinion that the aircraft is on the ground in Pakistan or thereabouts.  I did concede that the evidence from satellites certainly showed the probability of airliner wreckage in the Indian Ocean; but, I did not give up the ship, simply saying that the odds of my being correct had dropped to 30%.  Given the fact that they have moved their search area and that pieces of debris they have managed to retrieve are not associated with the airliner, I’m going to revise my position upwards to 50-50.
