Arizona A.G. is Clueless

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has opened an investigation into whether Maricopa County broke the law by refusing to comply with legislative subpoenas issued in connection to the 2020 election audit. It's elementary Watson: (1) Did the legislature have the authority to issue subpoenas? (2) Were the subpoenas legal? (3) Did the State Supreme Court order the county to comply? (4) Did the county comply? Come on! What is there to investigate?

It can be no coincidence that Pompeo is warning abut terrorist attacks on our homeland while Biden is withdrawing troops from Afghanistan and the Taliban is running roughshod over that nation. Are we headed for another 9/11?

Oregon is scrapping reading and math requirements for high school graduation in the interest of racial equality. The "dumbing-down" of America by the left continues.

Although I'm totally disgusted with child abuse, I have a problem when Apple says it's going to scan all I-phones in a search for evidence. As a citizen, I know damned well there can be no legal searches without probable cause. This is a violation of my privacy rights and Apple has no right to go digging around in my private life on a witch hunt for some reason to give me grief.  Is this Nazi Germany?

This is America and I also have every right to refuse to eat a Subway sandwich if I don't care for their advertising by use of an anti-American activist!   

Uncle Joe issued an edict requiring doctors to perform abortions and transexual operations, even it goes against their conscience or religious beliefs. Judge Reed O’Connor of the U.S.  District Court for the Northern District of Texas, granted “a permanent injunction” to the Christian plaintiffs “to be exempt from the government’s requirement to perform abortions and gender-transition procedures.” There is still some sanity left in our judicial system.
