Over the weekend, Arizona Senator John McCain fired off at
the White House about Trump’s allegations that Obama wire-tapped his Trump
Tower offices, warning Trump had better damned-well prove it or retract his
statements. "This is serious stuff,
if true, or the allegation is left out there, it undermines the confidence the
American people have in the environment."
COMMENTS:
What does wire-tapping have to do with the environment? I think McCain has finally slipped a cog or
two. McCain is the U.S. Senator here; if he doubts Trump’s word, it seems to me
that a man of his immense standing as an American Viet Nam war hero and
government prowess should have the ability to prove that Trump is wrong. So, why doesn’t he quit his incessant yapping
and do something about it? Or could it be that he is the one full of hot air?

A. Nobody will be better off, either, and that’s what is
