EPA OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

“The chief watchdog overseeing the Environmental Protection Agency is accusing agency officials of obstructing investigations by refusing to cooperate, using bully tactics to silence lower-level workers and, in at least one instance, threatening an agent,” according to a FOX NEWS report.  "Over the past 12 months, there have been several EPA officials who have taken action to prevent [the Office of Investigations] from conducting investigations or have attempted to obstruct investigations through intimidation," according to EPA Inspector General Arthur Elkins Jr.

The Obama thugs operate in a Chicago-style gangland manner.  This is our President, orchestrating the takeover of our government “en toto.”  If you cannot understand how pernicious and dangerous this Presidency is, you need to study the histories of Nazi Germany and Russia.  I have to say I am afraid for our country and I pray daily and fervently that Americans will come to grips with what is happening and do something about it.

IRS SHUTTING DOWN FREE SPEECH: BLAME FOX

The IRS is planning to install new rules that will virtual outlaw every 501 (c) (4) group that attempts to provide the public with information about pending legislation or candidates for public office… if it is a conservative oriented organization.  This includes Tea Parties and similar groups.  The House has passed a bill that would prevent the new rules from taking effect and the Democrats are blaming the whole uproar on FOX NEWS. 

COMMENTS:

This is a direct and open attack on the First Amendment.  We have every right to be informed about the issues of the day, whether they kiss Obama’s buns or not.  This and other increasingly ominous attacks against our Constitutional rights are fascist to the nth degree.  We have every cause to rebel against the people in this government; we, the people, simply must stop this seizure of our country by Marxist-Fascist elements whose whole purpose is to take his country down.  These are the true terrorists of our time.

Not only did the IRS intentionally delay the applications of conservative organizations, existing “right-leaning” organizations were flagged for surveillance – and many were subsequently audited.

IRAQ BUYING ARMS FROM IRAN

FOX NEWS is reporting that Iran is selling Iraq $195 million in arms because the U.S. has been stalling on their request.

I’m no friend of Iraq’s Maliki, but he certainly knows by now that the Obama Administration is as worthless as teats on a bovine bull.  If he wants to defend Iraq from Al Qaeda or any other potential enemy, he needs arms and ammo; in this day and age, slingshots and boomerangs will not cut the mustard.  Our illustrious State Department, of course, is denying that we’re stalling.  Sadly, the time has come when I tend to believe thugs like Maliki before I believe our own State Department.

HUGE CUTS IN MEDICARE LOOM

The U.S. government is expected to announce this week the proposed payment rates for insurer-run Medicare plans in 2015.  Industry officials say the anticipated cuts will mean higher co-pays and fewer benefits for seniors.  Each February, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services proposes reimbursement rates that it agrees to pay insurers for managing the privately run programs.  It is anticipated that cuts will be somewhere around seven percent. 

COMMENTS:

Gosh, gee whillikers and holy moly; we have another broken promise from Obama.  My Medicare supplement premiums have gone up about 80% since ObamaCare became law.  This ObamaCare thing is adversely affecting every single American in all walks of life.  Why are we sitting still for it?

A. Obama probably didn’t know about it.  The Post Office has not said when the stamp will be issued; just “probably” in 2014.  When Obama hears about it, the likelihood is that the plan will be scuttled and Ben Hur will roll over in his grave.

A. The odds are somewhere around a minus 50%.  Obama will never allow that to happen.  Instead, look for higher premiums, higher tax support, decreases in Medicare coverage, and increased requirements for participation.  Obama knows that the failure of ObamaCare would be tied to the failure of his Presidency.  He has yet to come to grips with the fact that his Presidency has been an abject failure since long before he took office.

A. I wish.  California’s Secretary of State just announced that petitioners may now start collecting signatures.  New states would reportedly include Silicon Valley, South California, West California, Central California, North California and Jefferson, if the proposal is ultimately approved.  I don’t think Premier Obama will allow it.

ANTI-GUNNERS GO AFTER NRA - VISA CONNECTION

Like a multitude of firms and organizations, the NRA offers its clients a Visa Card; purchases made with the credit card, whether made for NRA products or not, provide the NRA an additional source of income.  The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence is now demanding that Visa cut its ties with the NRA. 

COMMENTS:

This is a common tactic of socialist left-wingers; if you can’t win an argument on its merit, you try to cut your opponents’ legs out from under them by any means possible.  If Visa falls into this trap, they’re going to lose a lot of cardholders, me among them.

Yes and the Republicans ran this klutz against Obama?  The country needs natural gas for heat and Russia controls the supply.  The economy is fragile to say the least.  If we impose sanctions, we are simply driving the Ukrainians toward Russian control.  I predicted yesterday that Obama would draw another “red line,” and he did.  The problem is that he is so weak that his red lines are laughed at by Putin, Assad and the rest of the world.  There is now nothing, absolutely nothing that we can to change things in Ukraine.  Our President has made us impotent; we may never have another truly American child.

DHS BUYING 704 MILLION MORE AMMO ROUNDS

The Department of Homeland Security has contracted to purchase another 704 million rounds of ammunition over the next four years, or about 2,500 rounds per agent per year.

This is getting to be too scary to contemplate. This is not normal; it is very sinister.

A computer system that could count would probably cost them another $1 billion dollars; you know how they buy things.  As far as everyone having to wait to get paid, I don’t think the $700 million they paid included the back-end system to handle the accounting.  I’d be willing to bet you none of those “geniuses” ever got past playing with tinker toys.  But, who cares?  The Taxpayers will just have to cough up more dough, that’s all.

NUMBER ONE CONCERN IN AMERICA: JOBS

A recent Gallup Poll discloses that the subject of jobs has regained its lead as the number one priority on American minds.  The economy is number two.  Until now and since the partial shutdown last fall, Americans have invariably said that government/politicians are the single biggest problem facing the country.  The findings are about the same among Republicans, Democrats and Independents. 

COMMENTS:

I too would have thought ObamaCare would be top priority.  That 6.6% unemployment rate that Obama ballyhoos about is about as phony as a six dollar bill.  Our labor force participation rate is the lowest in more than three decades.  Once you quit collecting unemployment, you are no longer counted as being unemployed.  Between 2012 and 2013, almost 1.3 million people filed for bankruptcy.  And with family wages down overall and expenses skyrocketing, our economy is as fragile as empty eggshells.  Regardless of his never-ending rhetoric about "next month, I'm going to make jobs my number one priority," Obama has yet to take any positive steps toward resolving this issue.

A. They’re widening their attacks to more than just 501 (c) (4) organizations; they’re going after anybody and everybody under 501 (c) status who’s ever even looked at an American flag.  The Democrats are behind the move because they are afraid for their jobs; they want to silence any and all groups who might admonish them for their past pro-ObamaCare stances.  Evidently, they feel that if you bury the shit under the carpet, it will no longer stink.

U.S. NAVY SHIPS COULD HAVE SAVED BENGHAZI

Government watchdog group Judicial Watch published a U.S. Navy map last week showing the locations of our ships in the region surrounding Libya on the night of the deadly Benghazi Massacre.  Our destroyers could easily have responded to the attack.  Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Randall R. Schmidt says we also had “rapid reaction forces” and “armed predators” in the region.  It is not yet known how many aircraft would have been able to respond.  The Obama Administration has consistently denied that we had any capability at all of responding.  

 

COMMENTS:

This backs up my position that Obama, for some reason, refused to allow us to respond.  The lies just keep bubbling to the surface don’t they?   We owe it to those four dead souls to get the answers.

MORE OPPRESSIVE GESTAPO TACTICS

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Agency has joined the IRS, the DOJ and the EPA in outlandish and oppressive tactics.  Agencies are using a 1900 law to turn violations of state statutes into federal crimes. Horror stories are numerous about Americans who have committed minor state infractions and ended up being charged with felonies and sent off to jail.  Sanctions for violating the federal Lacey Act run up to $250,000 and five years in prison. 

  

COMMENTS:

This is just one more Obama gestapo tactic being used to force Americans into submission under this oppressive regime.  I cannot stress enough: If you and I don’t do something about these activities soon, we and/or our children are going to end up watching as the bastards burn our Bibles, take our guns and destroy our country and all of our precious history.

Estimates are that more than 80% of those going to the website eventually end up on the Medicaid roles.  If the trend continues, it could end up bankrupting both state and federal governments.  Right now, about 48% of what the government pays out goes for Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid; within just a few years, those three programs will eat u more than half of what the government spends, according to a recent article in NEWSMAX MAGAZINE.  We’ll be spending well more than $544 billion on Medicaid alone by 2023; that’s over ½ trillion dollars.  Add in Social Security and Medicare, and you’re well into the trillions…every year.  And you have a President who doesn’t care if we go bankrupt or not; he’ll be out of office when it happens and you can bet your sweet bippees he’ll blame Bush when it does.

You would think, with the push Obama has to shut down U.S. coal mining, that they’d really be playing this up in the press and the media, wouldn’t you?  It seems, however, they are too interested in what dress Hillary was wearing when she first heard about Monica.  They’re trying to get all of the dirt out now so that it’ll die due to lack of interest before she announces she’s running.  The miners are in an underground gold mine, inactive for a number of years, and were on the site illegally.  At post time, 11 or 12 had been rescued and the remaining were electing not to be rescued for fear of criminal prosecution.  It is reported that up to 20 more miners are underground.  Conflicting claims are that there was a rockslide and that opposing illegal miners dropped rocks down the shaft on purpose.

CONNECTICUT GUN OWNERS REBEL

Tens of thousands of Connecticut gun owners have refused to abide with the state’s new gun control laws requiring registration of their weapons; they could now be considered felons under the new law.  Last April, Governor Dannel Malloy signed into law a slew of new firearm restrictions that require, among other items, residents to register “assault” weapons and guns with high-capacity magazines.  Only a fraction has followed the new law and the remainder could all soon face serious consequences if the state decides to take action.

COMMENTS:

Well now, ain’t that just too damned bad?  Let this refusal to roll over to the gun control advocates and play dead be a warning: American gun owners are not going to go running to any gun confiscation venue and give up their guns.  Period, Mr. Obama… I don’t give a damn how many Executive Orders you sign.

I don’t see her as a Presidential candidate, if that’s what you mean.  Under the right circumstances, I remotely see her as a Vice Presidential candidate.  I can also visualize her as Alaska State Senator, Secretary of Energy or in some other key position.  I am hopeful that citizens will seek to demand true American patriotism out of any candidate, and I would rate her extremely high in that respect.  I think she has much to contribute to our country.  But, I do not see her as being a “Soccer Mom” President.

IT’S ILLEGAL TO HOLD ON TO CASH?

In a total reversal of the principle of law in this country, the government is now placing the burden of proof on you that any cash you are holding onto is not proceeds of illegal transactions or drug deals and that you have paid taxes on it; otherwise, they have the right to seize it, according to a report on the PERSONAL LIBERTY DIGEST.    

COMMENTS:

Law says that the burden of proof is on the government.  A guy would be a fool to stick money into a safety deposit box, of course; it loses its value there due to inflation.  I do wonder if obscure rules like this combined with the erosion of family income and depletion of savings accounts isn’t being done on purpose.  What other “secret” laws are they putting on the books?

A. Evidently, those guys in Afghanistan don’t like Obama either.  We’re going to do nothing as long as Obama is in office.  At the same time they’re releasing these terrorists, Obama has loosened up the restrictions against “former” terrorists coming to the U.S.  Doesn’t that send shivers of fear up your spine?  I’m telling you, you need to get a gun and learn how to use it. 

Q. The supreme commander of Iran’s armed forces is saying he’s ordering those Iranian ships heading our way to sink some of our naval ships.  You don’t honestly think they would try that, do you?  (Gordon ~ Albuquerque, NM)

A. Yes, I think they might do something stupid like that.  Obama would immediately jump on his plane and leave town and Kerry would announce the attack was due to some obscure video that was offensive to Iranians and nothing would happen.  Two years from now, the Administration will still be stonewalling the whole thing and Congress will be pretending they are going to do something about it.    

Q. Obama keeps changing the ObamaCare law.  Now, he’s delaying virtually everything until after 2014 elections and it’s obvious why.  But, we average Americans are not getting a delay; we have to pay and they haven’t even begin to get their act together.  How does he get away with this?  (Jean ~ Pasco, WA)

A. He gets away with it because the true power of government in this country is with the people; as long as the people won’t step up to the plate and exercise their powers, Obama can and will do anything he wants.
