OBAMA TO CONGRESS & AMERICA: I REFUSE TO OBEY THE LAW

President Barack Hussein… Obama has vowed he will veto a proposed Congressional bill requiring the President to follow the law.  Taking the position he does not have to do what Congress tells him to and that Congress has no authority to force him to obey the law in any U.S. Court, Obama has told Congress he will continue to use his Executive Powers to do whatever he wants and he will veto any attempt to make him comply with the law.

COMMENTS:
Whyizit that everyone with a "Hussein" in his name is a threat to world peace?  Well, the Constitution does provide the answer, and it’s called “Impeachment.”  I therefore do not believe Congress has the authority to enforce such a law because, by oath of office, the President is required to uphold the Constitution and to faithfully executive the laws, and the remedy for failing to do so is provided.  But, here it is: Obama is now seizing dictatorial powers over the United States, unless by some remote chance… you get on the phone and force the House to vote Articles of Impeachment against him.  The Senate, firmly in Obama's pocket, will change its composition in November; then, and only then, is there a possibility that he will be found guilty and removed.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Sunday is the day the Crimeans vote on whether to go with Russia or stay with the Ukraine.  What do you think will happen?  (Hy ~ Diamond Bar, CA)
A. John Kerry is flying there for Saint Patrick’s Day and he’s already warned Putin he’d better back out of Crimea… or else.  I presume that Putin is in the process of issuing orders for the troops to get out in case Obama decides to stop allowing Russian vodka and caviar to be sold in the U.S.  Seriously, my guess is that the Crimeans will vote 100% to go with Russia.  Anyone who might even think about voting to stay with Ukraine has already been shot.

Q. How do you react to Obama’s recent statement that Americans should reevaluate their cellphone and cable bills when it comes to paying more for ObamaCare?  (Milo ~ Kingman, AZ)
A. The plain truth is you don’t need your cellphone or cable TV.  In fact, you don’t need your PC, laptop or tablet either.  I think Obama should be allowed to take all of your paycheck and to provide you with the food he deems appropriate for you to eat and to live in accommodations he decides you should have.  You should be relieved of having to make those decisions for yourself because government can make them for you.  Don’t you agree?

Q. How do you think Obama is going to try and save the Democrats from a slaughter in the November elections?  (Jill ~ Friant, CA)
A. He’s not.  There will be a lot of talk, but no action… just like his “efforts” to get Americans back to work.  You see, he simply doesn’t give a damn about the Democrats or anyone else for that matter.  Well, you propse, how is he going to govern if he loses the Senate?  The same way he is right now…. He will govern by intimidation and the fact that the current Republican hierarchy doesn't have the spine to do anything about it.

JAN BREWER CALLS IT QUITS

Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer has announced she will not seek a third term.  Brewer could seek another term under Arizona law since she inherited the Governorship after Janet Napolitano left to become Secretary of the DHS.

COMMENTS:
There is no truth to the rumor that Brewer will be nominated to become Obama’s Secretary of Immigration.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. All of the sudden, news about the Ukraine got shut off.  What happened?  (Wally ~ Salinas, CA)
A. Putin told him off and Obama has therefore washed his hands of it; the country has been dismissed from his mind.  Thank God for him, the missing Malaysian Airline story came along, as did Sibelius’ testimony on The Hill and the heat up of the most urgent global warming crisis.  Kerry has been sent on a new diplomatic mission, to tell individual states they had better start talking about the global warming crisis in their states, or else.  Or else, I presume chickens are going to start laying soft-boiled eggs.  I might also note that Ukraine has no oil reserves to speak of; that might have something to do with it.

Q. It seems like every time I turn around, I’m being bombarded with emails urging me to sign a petition to impeach Obama or save Medicare or, worse yet, to take some survey about these issues.  Are these organizations legit?  (Candy ~ Tempe, AZ)
A. No.  All they want to do is go to the bottom of the email, fill in your name and address and contribute $10, $20, $50 or $100.  Their “surveys and petitions” are simply gimmicks, but if you insist on giving to someone who IS raising hell about these issues, send ME your $10, $20, $50 or $100… Express Mail preferred, Western Union acceptable.

Q. Do you have an opinion regarding Obama’s new Executive Order requiring businesses to pay more overtime to employees?  (Thelma ~ Portland, OR)
A. As a business owner, my position is that Obama has no authority to tell me how to run my business; this is a free country and I can run my business any way I want.  If I refuse to comply, and I will, he can throw my ass in jail and I’ll be the first of many political prisoners yet to come.  My employees are entirely free to work elsewhere if I don’t provide them with the working conditions they need.  I have not lost an employee in many, many years over the job conditions I provide.  That is exactly and precisely how I feel; on the other hand, I’m a consultant and I have no employees.

200 MILLION AMERICAN CREDIT FILES STOLEN!!!

A massive breach of security has landed one of America’s big three credit bureaus and hundreds of millions of consumers in hot water. KrebsOnSecurity reports that a stolen identity marketplace run by a Hieu Minh Ngo, a Vietnamese scammer, hijacked and distributed as many as 30 million IDs, and he had access to many millions more. The credit bureau under scrutiny: Experian, according to a breaking news report by KIM KOMANDO.

COMMENTS:

I’m flabbergasted.  Credit bureau files contain everything about you… date of birth, Social Security number, credit cards and account numbers, savings balances, average checking account balances, mortgages, loans, employment and more.  The only people who know more about you are the NSA and the IRS.  It is absolutely imperative that you scrutinize credit card and checking account transactions on a daily basis and that you investigate and report discrepancies promptly.  Change account passwords frequently, keep your computer offline except when you’re sitting at it, turn your computer off when you’re not using it, be wary of phishing emails…. Double your awareness of everything to do with your finances.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. Can ObamaCare be fixed?  (Julius ~ Hollywood, CA)
A. The government has not been able to fix the post office after more than 200 years.  Granted, there are a few good things about it, but why can’t they be used in some new plan?  With all of the illegal, unconstitutional tinkering by Obama and Sebelius, I think it is far beyond repair.  Not even Putin could fix it.

Q. I understand that Romney donors are announcing their support for Jeb Bush.  Do you actually think he will get the Republican nomination?  (Will ~ Los Angeles, CA)
A. I mentioned several months ago that the Republicans would probably put him up.  At this point, I think it is written in the wind and we’ll have another Clinton vs. Bush election season.  In other words, I am convinced that we Americans no longer have a choice in the matter; don’t you think we should do something about that?

Q. What do you think Obama’s next move will be on the crisis in the Ukraine?  (Yolanda ~ Genoa, NV)
A. He’ll ask the United Nations to handle it.  That way, he can wash his hands of it.

REAL UNEMPLOYMENT SOARS

Regardless of Obama Administration proclamations that the unemployment problem is improving, 233,000 more people were unemployed at the end of February, according to a PATRIOT UPDATE report.  In February, there were 10,459,000 unemployed individuals age 16 and over; in addition, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistic, there were 91,361,000 Americans, 16 or older, who did not participate in the nation’s labor force in February, because they neither held a job nor actively sought one.

COMMENTS:

The ugly lies this Administration are perpetrating on America are sickening.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. Sharyl Atkisson, one of the few reporters in mainstream media who I don’t think has ever strayed far from the real teachings of journalism, is agreeing to an early resignation from her investigative correspondent’s position at CBS News.  Do you think more journalists will step up to their obligations to report things as they really are?  (Porky ~ Ferndale, WA)
A. I pray for that every moment of every day.  As a journalist of sorts, I’ve always believed that the news belongs on one page and opinion belongs on another, and the duty of every journalist is to report the news and the facts objectively and clearly.  But then again, I’m not under the thumb of, or afraid of, Obama or his Chicago-Kenyan Mafia, either.

Q. What’s your opinion of Dr. Ben Carson as a possible Presidential candidate?  (Megan ~ Littleton, CO)
A. Well, this is a little convoluting.  I admire the man for having the guts to stand up and tell the truth in the presence of Obama during the National Prayer Breakfast a couple of years ago.  I think he is absolutely right on so many issues of the nation.  I am concerned about his position on the ownership of guns, where he feels that semi-automatic pistols are best for those in the countryside, but not suitable for urban areas lest they fall into the wrong hands.  I firmly agree with the proposition that a Constitutional right such as gun ownership is a right without restriction.  What he has said in his position is that he does not believe criminals have any access to guns except through stealing them or gaining possession of them from legal gun owners.  You and I both know that is absurd and I think that, upon further reflection, Dr. Carson would like to take his words back.  That all being said, I think he’d make an excellent President, particularly if backed up by a Tom Cruz, Marco Rubio or Sarah Palin.

Q. You’ve mentioned that the Ukraine is in serious economic trouble.  Can you elaborate?  (Percy ~ Las Vegas, NV)
A. Yanukovych raided the country’s coffers and mismanaged the government in a sea of corruption.  He left the nation’s cupboards bare; they are in imminent danger of bankruptcy.  Frankly, this makes them vulnerable to Russian aggression and we can only offer them a $1 billion loan guarantee because… we have to fund ObamaCare.

PUTIN TO OBAMA: “UP YOURS”

Obama and Kerry have been talking about economic sanctions against Russia unless Putin withdraws his troops from the Ukraine.  Putin has now responded by saying that any U.S. sanctions imposed on Moscow over the crisis in Ukraine will boomerang back on the United States.

COMMENTS:
There is some speculation that Russia may dump U.S. dollars on the world market, thereby devaluing the currency and throwing the U.S. economy into a nosedive.  There is also discussion about stopping U.S. inspections regarding missile dismantling.  Putin is making it clear that he is not going to take any adverse actions by the U.S. or the European community lying down.  Okay, Barry, what’s your next brilliant move going to be… shutting off the importing of Russian vodka to the U.S.?  What are we going to do if the Russians quit ferrying our astronauts back and forth to the International Space Station?  There’s nothing like dealing with these things from a position of strength, is there?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Do you think they will ever get to the bottom of the IRS targeting scandal and, if so, what will they find?  (Jared ~ Crescent City, CA)
A. They won’t get to the bottom unless they get more aggressive.  They really should have given Lerner immunity; I think the prize will be proof that Obama deliberately and personally instructed the IRS to go after his political enemies and that the Tea Party targeting is merely the tip of the iceberg.

Q. What do you think happened to that passenger plane heading from Malaysia to China?  (Peg ~ Wichita Falls, TX)
A. I don’t think it turned around; if you have time to turn around, you have time to at least send out a distress signal.  You have a pilot, a co-pilot and navigator as a minimum crew, and one of them should have been able to communicate problems to the ground; so, an abrupt event is likely.  They were not over tall mountains, so I discard the possibility of running into one during a blinding fog.  That leaves some type of explosive event aboard the aircraft, such as exploding fuel tanks, running into another aircraft, or an on-board bomb.  The fact that there were two men aboard with stolen passports is ominous.

Q. Part of Obama’s sales pitch on ObamaCare was that no one should be saddled with huge and unexpected medical bills due to health conditions.  I’m reading about Fred Rosamilia from New Jersey who pays $800 a month for the “top notch” ObamaCare plan and who was told after cancer surgery that his surgery was not covered under the plan.  They are now considering medical bankruptcy.  What do you think Obama and Sebelius have to say about that?  (Todd ~ Shreveport, LA)
A. Something like Frank is a liar and a racist, followed by an I.R.S. audit.

OBAMA’S TEN WORST EXECUTIVE ORDERS

  1. Amending ObamaCare’s employer mandate, providing an unauthorized subsidy to congressional staff, and encouraging state insurance commissioners not to enforce certain requirements.
  2. Inventing labor law “exemptions” in violation of the WARN Act so that workers would not receive notice of impending layoffs days before the 2012 election.
  3. Waiving the mandatory work requirement under the 1996 comprehensive welfare reform law, which required able-bodied adults to work, prepare for work, or look for work in order to receive benefits under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.
  4. Ignoring a statutory deadline and refusing to consider an application related to nuclear waste storage at Yucca Mountain, which activists sought to block for years.
  5. Circumventing the Senate’s duty to provide advice and consent on appointments and instead making “recess” appointments in violation of Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution when the Senate was actually in session.
  6. Deciding not to defend the constitutionality of the federal definition of marriage in court.
  7. Implementing Common Core national standards through strings-attached waivers from the No Child Left Behind Act.
  8. Intimidating Florida to stop its voter roll cleanup, which included removing ineligible voters such as noncitizens, before the 2012 election.
  9. Imposing the DREAM Act by executive fiat under the guise of “prosecutorial discretion.”
  10. Refusing to enforce federal drug laws in states that have legalized marijuana.
COMMENTS:
None needed; they speak for themselves. It must have taken weeks to boil the bad orders down to just ten.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. They’ll have this vote in Crimea in the 16th about what the Crimeans want.  What will happen if they vote to stick with the Ukraine? (Larkin ~ Lacey, WA)
A. If they vote to stick with the Ukraine, Putin will announce he will keep his troops in Crimea for 12 to 18 months to assure stability; that 12 or 18 months will never come.  If they vote to go with Russia, Putin will totally assimilate Ukraine.  Either way, Putin wins.  Obama has again been outwitted, outflanked and outplayed.  It’s too bad he’s not just plain out, out, out.

Q. With world tensions being so high and the Ukrainian situation so volatile, why are Obama and Biden taking vacation time?  (Myrtle ~ Scottsdale, AZ)
A. Because they both know they are incapable of dealing with any of it.

Q. I hear that Medicare Part D coverage is going to go sky-high as ObamaCare kicks in?  (Leo ~ Kelso, WA)
A. Correct.  At least half of existing plans will be eliminated and premiums will go up by at least 20% with much more out-of-pocket co-pay expenses and fewer drugs in the formularies.  That’s all part of the “It’s Better for You” ObamaCare strategy.

SAFEWAY TO DISAPPEAR?

Cerberus Capital Management, the owner of Albertsons and several other supermarket chains, is intending to gobble up Safeway, according to recent news releases.  Safeway said in February that it was looking into putting itself up for sale. The Pleasanton, California based company has been trying to adapt for some time to increased competition and recently shed some of its smaller and less profitable units, such as its Canadian operations and Dominick's stores in Chicago.

COMMENTS:

The Supermarket business is a tough business.  Profit margins are extremely low and stores depend on volume or being in a niche to survive.  Safeway did a superb job in late 1990’s and early 2000’s in getting personal with great customer service; their profits soared.  But, like so many businesses out there today, they are again out of touch with their customer base and ripe for the plucking.  You need to put the customer first and you need to be willing to adapt to the ever-changing and sometimes fickle consumer.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. What do you think it will require to get Russia out of Crimea?  (Joyce ~ Baldwin Park, CA)
A. I would be flabbergasted if Putin gives up Crimea for anything less than the presence of six U.S. Navy ships loaded with nukes aimed at Moscow and that is not going to happen with this President.  The European nations require strong leadership and military support to even think about dealing with Russia, and the U.S. is simply not going to provide either at this time.  In fact, I think Putin has a wide-open gate to go take over whatever country he wants in that part of the world and no one is going to stop him as long as Obama is in the White House.  Putin knows this and has every reason not to stop his acquisitions with Crimea and to grab as much property as he can before Obama is out of office.  So, write Crimea off and quit wringing your hands over it.  Let’s get back to the issues of the day: Benghazi, I.R.S. targeting and the ObamaCare disaster and accept the probability that the Soviet Union will be reassembled in its entirety by 2016.

Q. If, for some remote reason Hillary does not get the Democratic nomination, who will they put up in 2016?  (Hiram ~ Hawthorne, NV)
A. Either John Kerry, Michelle Obama or a combination of the two.  Biden will be bidin’ his time in retirement.

Q. I understand Obama is in a furious outrage over the Senate turning down Debo Adegbile for heading up the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division and the fact that some Democrats had the utter audacity to vote against his dictates.  I also understand he may go ahead and put Adegbile in the job anyway during a Senate recess.  Isn’t this country fed up yet with his arrogance and disregard for the public will?  (Pansy ~ Richmond, CA)
A. They say that whenever Obama goes to the bathroom, all of the toilet seats stand at attention.  After this last vote, however, I understand they all flushed at the same time.  He will likely try it just to get revenge against Americans, knowing that even Court action won’t get into full gear until after he has left office.  And those Dems who voted against him are being lined up for IRS audits and other retributions as we speak.

OREGON ENROLLING ILLEGALS IN OBAMACARE

On Saturday, The Oregonian reported Cover Oregon accidentally enrolled nearly 4,000 illegal aliens in full-fledged health insurance coverage due to a “goof” whereby the illegals’ enrollment in a pregnancy services program was somehow merged with Cover Oregon’s enrollment database.  Cover Oregon must fix the problem manually, one case at a time, because the system was never designed to correct problems it wasn’t supposed to have in the first place. Several aspects of Cover Oregon’s intended automated case-management functionality have had to be redundantly carried out by human staffers because the exchange has never worked properly.

COMMENTS:
The crappy news about ObamaCare is like an Eveready battery; it just keeps on running and running and running….. And Obama?  He doesn’t give a rat’s ass; you’re going to eat it and like it anyway.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. There are a lot of snide remarks about Obama’s not being a leader.  I say Obama IS a leader and that’s he’s leading the country and the free world straight into World War III.  What do you think?  (Velma ~ Springdale, AR)
A. You hit the nail on the head.  At the very least, he’s leading this country toward its self-destruction.  Khrushchev said we would destroy ourselves from within and then set about infiltrating our country with communist thinkers.  In Obama, I think Nikita succeeded.  I honestly feel he is intent on dismantling our country and its foundations so that it can be overthrown.  Those of us who stand meekly by and watch it happen are complicit.  Obama is not a klutz; he’s a brilliant conniver, or should I say conifer?

Q. Why is it that the liberals claim the right to smoke pot is based on the right to control your own body, but they also claim you can’t smoke or eat fast foods because they have the right to control what goes into your body?  (Daryl ~ Pleasanton, CA)
A. They do it because they can and they know we don’t have the guts to do anything about it.  It’s kind of like Putin and Obama; Obama takes Crimea because he can, and he knows Obama is too weak to do anything about it.  Hopefully, we will sometime in the near future get our heads out of our asses and start standing up for our country and what is right.

Q. What is your opinion of Issa shutting down Cummings during the IRS hearing [yesterday]?   (Frank ~ Mesa, AZ)
A. Issa was technically correct, but strategically wrong.  That gives fuel to the Democrats saying Issa is running a kangaroo hearing.

OBAMA’S UNBRIDLED SPENDING SPREE

According to Obama’s latest budget proposal, our national debt will rise to at least $25 trillion by 2024; interest payments will be more than the money we spend on Medicaid by 2017.

COMMENTS:
The Good Old Boy Republicans seem to have lost their appetite, if they ever really had one, to go head-to-head with Obama on budget cuts.  Can you imagine the gall Obama has to propose this spending while gutting our national defense?  It’s going to be a tossup as to whether China ends up owning us because of our debt, or Russia ends up running our country after they invade.  There is every reason for us to be scared to death over the fact that Obama is literally the only one in charge in Washington.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. The GOP is urging the White House to put the pressure on Putin to withdraw Russian troops from the Ukraine by threatening to increase our natural gas exports.  Will that help?  (Penny ~ Sebastopol, CA)
A. Not one iota; Putin can just shut off the supply to the Ukraine and any other European nation that wants to go along with us.  I do understand that we have a tremendous surplus of natural gas, mostly emanating from the halls of Congress and the Oval Office, but Putin is not about to withdraw under any circumstances… period, as Obama likes to say.  Putin, clearly in the driver’s seat, has basically told Obama to go piss up a rope.

Q. My friend tells me that the government has been spying on us with webcams for a decade, even when we don’t know it.  Can that be true?  (Francine ~ Minneapolis, MN)
A. God forbid you sat down in front of your PC in tour skivvies or in the nude because, yes it is true: spies at the British GCHQ spy agency as well as some at the U.S. National Security Agency could have gotten a look at the moss in your bellybutton and more.  Through a program named Optic Nerve, the agencies swept up webcam images, many of which were sexually explicit, from more than 1.8 million Yahoo messenger clients in one six month period in 2008.  Now, if they were only interested in terrorists and such, why would they be collecting images of you having sex with your wife and/or girlfriend?

Q. The Disney Corporation announced it will no longer contribute to local Boy Scout organizations because they refuse to allow gay scout leaders.  What’s your reaction to that?  (Sam ~ Moscow, ID)
A. I have withdrawn my support of the Boy Scouts because they will allow gays to participate.  I want to raise my sons as heterosexuals and I don’t want them associating with gays, whether they are leaders or not.  You can call me prejudiced, bigoted or whatever; those are my beliefs and I will stand by them to my death.  Disney has its Constitutional right to withhold donations from any organization; I have my Constitutional rights to watch other channels on TV or to boycott their movies.  If Obama and Holder or the gay community objects to my views, that’s their problem, not mine.  I don’t force my views on them; they have no right to force theirs on me.

OIL PRICES SOAR AS RUSSIA SCORES

Oil prices jumped $2 per barrel yesterday as Russian troops ventured further into Crimea.  The possibility exists that the European Union and/or the United Nations will issue economic sanctions against Russia, freezing some or all of its assets and stopping its oil and natural gas exports.  Russia was the world's second-largest producer of oil in 2012, accounting for 12.6 percent of global supplies, according to the International Energy Agency. It was also the world's top exporter of natural gas in that year, so any economic sanctions taken against Moscow would limit world supply and push up prices.

COMMENTS:

Obama and Kerry were running around Washington and overseas like chickens with their proverbial heads chopped off, trying to develop some consensus of support for some sort of retaliation against Russia.  The odds of their success are somewhat the same as their prospects of stopping the use of chemical weapons by Assad and the development of nuclear weapons by Iran.  What a fine kettle of stew we brewed when we allowed Obama to be elected, let alone to have a second term; OUR chickens are coming home to roost.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. What did you think of the Oscars?  (Kent ~ Pasco, WA)
A. I can’t believe they actually allowed someone to stand up and praise God on national television.  The left-wing atheists must be out of their gourds with angst.

Q. Do you think Lois Lerner will implicate the White House regarding the IRS scandal in her Congressional appearance tomorrow?  (Gail ~ Chico, CA)
A. Not unless someone asks her the question; so far in any Congressional hearing, No one has asked the tough questions.  They seem to suffer from Obama-itis: all mouth and no... action.

Q. Mark Levin is asking the Tea Parties to “fight tyranny in the United States?”  Is he calling for a revolution?  (Pat ~ Havre, MT)
A. Levin says our government which is supposed to serve the people is “devouring” us, while the Constitution’s firewalls are being breached by a “lawless president, a feckless Congress, and an all-powerful Supreme Court.”  I fully agree with him.  Regardless of unconscionable attacks by the Democrats and the Good Old Boy Republicans, the Tea Parties are doing everything they can to get our runaway government back on its proper Constitutional track.  As for revolution, Levin is not advocating for that, but I think he would rather have a revolution than to allow our country to crumble from within.

CONNECTICUT GUN OWNERS HEADED FOR JAIL, CONFISCATION?

Connecticut gun owners by the tens of thousands have rightfully refused to register their rifles.  The Special Licensing and Firearms Unit of the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection has prepared a draft letter to be sent to all gun owners, but has refused to discuss the contents in advance of mailing.  Officials are also reportedly notifying gun owners who submitted late applications that they have one last chance to get rid of their “illegal” weapons.  Owning an unregistered semi-automatic rifle or high-capacity magazine that was legal prior to January 3 is now a class D felony under the new law, and speculation is that the draft letter contains language regarding confiscation and felony charges.

COMMENTS:
I stand with those who stand against this new law.  Let this end up in the Supreme Court.  As for as those gun owners affected, I’d be working on recall elections similar to what happened in Colorado.  We need to stand together firmly and strongly in defense of our Constitutional rights and we need to be willing to rebel when they are violated.  Let’s make all Connecticut legislators sign up for ObamaCare; that’ll fix their pious fannies.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. What are the latest polling figures regarding ObamaCare?  (Vi ~ Danville, CA)
A. A whopping 6% say ObamaCare is working and should remain as is, according to a New York Times/CBS poll.  That might have something to do with Reid’s proclamation that all people claiming some form of injury as a result of ObamaCare are liars.  I think those morons all have bad cases of hemorrhoids.

Q. The U.S. is going to issue Ukraine $1 billion in loan guarantees.  Will that save them? (Quai ~ Los Angeles, CA)
A. Isn’t that about the amount that Obama Paid for the ObamaCare Website?  It’s certainly better than nothing, but Putin offered $15 billion in cash, no guarantee involved.  Even that amount will do little to stabilize the Ukraine’s economy.  Maybe we should send them a duck.

Q. Do you have an update on the Iranian ships headed for our East Coast or the Russian naval ship in Cuba?  (Bruce ~Las Vegas, NV)
A. No, but I’m not really worried about either threat; Obama is in charge here.

UKRAINE: OBAMA LETS HIS MOUTH OVERLOAD HIS….

President Obama went on the muscle yesterday, warning Russia’s Putin that there would be “costs” for any Russian intervention in the Ukraine.  In the meanwhile, Russian troops moved into Crimea, prompting Ukraine to accuse Russia of an "armed invasion."

COMMENTS:

The whole world, including Putin, has had Obama’s number since the famous Syrian “red line” scenario.  You can discount anything Obama says about anything, even before the words leave his mouth.   For him to allege that there may be some consequences if Russia invades the Ukraine is akin to the wind rustling through the trees.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. What do you think of the $1.5 million lawsuit against McDonalds for only providing a customer one napkin?  (Shelly ~ Auburn, WA)
A. It’s what you call a nuisance lawsuit.  Now, McDonalds showed poor business judgment in refusing an extra napkin or two.  However, you either have to show that you were damaged by the act or that there was some ordinance requiring more napkins.  As it turns out, sometime after receiving a reply to his letter of complaint he alleged that the manager had used a racial “slur.”   I think the nutcase is just looking for a way to pay for his ObamaCare premiums.

Q. Do you think the FCC plan to monitor newsrooms was really politically motivated?  (Georgia ~ Durango, CO)
A. The FCC has five commissioners, four of which contributed to Obama’s campaign.  The two Republicans on the Commission were not made aware of the plan until after it was revealed publicly.  After it was finally announced the plan would be canceled, the Democrats decided among themselves that it was only “suspended” and would be revived later.  There are also unconfirmed reports that the first few media outlets to be monitored were all conservative leaning.  Harry Reid, of course, will call me a liar.

Q. Why are the Democrats so obsessed with Hillary Clinton?  (Paul ~ Nogales, AZ)
A. They’re trying to change the subject from Benghazi and ObamaCare.  But, I am less concerned about Hillary than I am about the prospect that Obama will simply “suspend” the Constitution altogether and become de facto Premier in 2016.  I’m serious about that.
