The three-Judge-panel of the 9th Circuit Court of
Appeals predictably voted to sustain the Washington Judge’s ruling to stay Trump’s
temporary ban on immigrants from seven Middle Eastern nations.
COMMENTS:
In so doing, they took the unprecedented step of ignoring
the Constitution and the United States Code.
I guess they are admitting that the real power of the government belongs
not to the people, not to our representatives in Congress, not to our
President; the real power of our government belongs to the courts?

A. He took offense to Trump’s Executive Order about the
temporary ban on immigration and stated Trump could not speak to Parliament when he visits. There
was an immediate move in Parliament for a vote of “no confidence in the Speaker which could
result in his removal.

A. She’s “incensed.” Evidently,
Gayle McCormick of Washington cannot believe that her husband had the audacity
to act like he had a mind of his own.
