WISCONSIN TELLS JUDGE TO "SHOVE IT"

A Wisconsin judge has found the state's election commission and three of its members in contempt of court for refusing to comply with his court order to remove more than 200,000 individuals,who have moved or failed to respond to deactivation notices, from voter rolls.  The election commission, made up of three Democrats and three Republicans, has been deadlocked and has failed to comply with the court order.

The three Democratic members who fought his previous order are being fined $250 per day.  They'll probably ask the taxpayers to pay it.

DEMOCRATS ALREADY STACKING THE 2020 ELECTION DECK

Judicial Watch, in examining just 378 counties in the U.S., has discovered 2.5 million more registered voters than there are people in those populations of voting age.  Judicial Watch found major voting list issues in California, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, and Colorado.  There is no breakdown as to how many of those are illegals, in cemeteries or in prisons.

House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith, D-Wa came out in favor of moving the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate.  Then, after a short meeting with Empress Nancy, he abruptly changed his tune.

The Democrat-controlled Virginia legislature and its Democrat Governor Ralph Northam have made it clear: they are coming after all AR-15's and they are establishing far-reaching gun control.  Virginia's law enforcement officers, cities, counties and citizens have also made it clear: they're not going to tolerate it.  Second Amendment Sanctuary Cities have multiplied like rabbits; law enforcement officers have stated they will not enforce such laws.  Northam has implied that he will call out the National Guard to enforce the laws if necessary.

Democrats don't seem to care what is constitutional or what is not; what ever they demand will be obeyed, and they're prepared to back up their demands with force.

At the time of this post, it had just been learned that missiles had been fired at the barracks of U.S. forces in Iraq and that it was suspected Iran was behind the attacks, and Iranian leaders have claimed responsibility.  U.S. Democrats were undoubtedly scurrying around the nation's capitol trying to find some way to prevent President Trump from firing back at those nice, cuddly, mistreated Islamists. 

In the meanwhile, filmmaker Michael Moore has apologized to Iran on behalf of the American people, saying that he “deeply regrets” the airstrike ordered by President Trump that killed Qassem Soleimani, the butcher of hundreds of Americans.  Moore has earned the right to live in Iran.

The Iraqis passed a resolution over the weekend to kick the U.S. out of their country.  I'm all for it.  The problem started back in 2001 on 9/11 when we didn't go into Afghanistan or Iraq with the thought of winning anything; all we intended to do from the start was to teach them a lesson.  Well... you have no business invading a country and starting a war unless you intend to win it.   We should have turned both countries into molten glass. 

Well, we didn't do that and here we are.  The Middle East continues to be a terrorist hot spot and the Shiites, Sunnis, Kurds all continue to slaughter each other as they have been doing since before Christ.  If we're not willing to go in and kick ass, then we need to get out and stay out and let them continue to butcher each other.  As long as they don't bother us, let them all descend into oblivion.

PELOSI ON IMPEACHMENT: "I'M NOT TALKING"

Witch Pelosi was peppered with questions from the press yesterday about why she is planning not to send the House Impeachment Resolution to the Senate until "later."  "I said what I was going to say," she responded.  Later, she added: "I'm not going to answer any more questions on this."  How dare anyone question what she does!

This is indeed a sad, sad moment in our government.  The door is now open for any party to impeach a president they do not like and for no reason.  This is how dictatorships get started.  It's called "political assassination," and we are now just one step removed from being another Stalinist Russia.

Former CIA and FBI Director William Webster claims that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is not a “broken institution” and criticizing it threatens the “rule of law.”  I say the FBI is not only broken, but that it doesn't seem to know what the "rule of law" even is.

The Dems and the libs are pulling out all of the stops trying to separate Trump from Giuliani, who holds many cards in his hand that, when played, are going to expose the real criminals for who they really are.

President Trump needs to quit complaining about the incessant dirty tricks and despicable tactics of the Dems.  This is not a gentleman's fight.  He needs to take off his gloves and fight them bare-knuckled.

GUN CONFISCATION BEGINS?

Virginia's new despot lawmakers are working on a bill that would not only ban semi-automatic rifles, but would require current owners to surrender them or face felony charges.  Otherwise law-abiding gun owners found in possession of an “assault firearm,” even one they purchased prior to the ban, could be convicted of a Class 6 felony, which is punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment.  If you think that's frightening, imagine what the country will be like if Michael Blooming-idiot wins.

In the same breath, Joe Biden wants a ban on 9mm pistols.  .45 and .40 caliber pistols seem to be okay, which tells you how badly his brain really functions.

There is some thinking that the Dems will pull a fast one and switch Jerry Nadler and Adam Schiff, putting Schiff in charge of the Judiciary Committee for the second phase of their impeachment farce.  The general opinion among top Dems is that Nadler is incompetent.  

The U.S. Government lost over $8.8 billion operating the post office last fiscal year.  At the same time, FedEx, UPS and other such companies are reporting record profits.  Remember... this is the same government that wants so desperately to take over your health care.

Chick-fil-A is not on my list of places to patronize.  Caving in to a liberal-left agenda demanding that the Salvation Army recognize LGBTQ agendas and same-sex marriages, the formerly beloved fast food chain has ceased donating to the charity.  If they will no longer adhere to their formerly-stated Christian values, they have turned their own backs on those same Christian beliefs that helped grow them into what they are.

Elizabeth Warren is at it again.  She told a gal the other day that all of her kids had attended public schools.  However, it has been determined that Pocahontas' son attended a ritzy private school in Austin, Texas.  He probably got reduced tuition after his mom put down that she was part Cherokee on the application... 

Having been totally embarrassed with his "impeachment inquiry," Schiff is now going to go stalking after Devin Nunes, who didn't hesitate to tell it like it really is during the hearings.  Schiff is bound and determined to get even and insists that he's got plenty of evidence to back him up.  Maybe the "whistleblower" will whistle some more takes of fantasy and hate? 

Navy Seal Eddie Gallagher was cleared of charges last week, as he should have been.  President Trump promptly cautioned the Navy against removing Gallagher's trident and tossing him out of the highly honored Seal service.  Not to be outdone by any mealy-mouthed President, Navy Secretary Richard Spencer retorted that he would resign unless proceedings against Gallagher continued.  Yesterday, Secretary of Defense Mark T. Esper fired Spencer.  I guess that after all of those years in the military, Spencer didn't understand that the President is still the Commander-in-Chief... period. 

Back to the LGBTQ story... Victoria's Secret, under recent fire from leftist liberals, has cancelled it's annual fashion show because... they want to "evolve their messaging."  I don't know about you, but I'm getting damned sick and tired of the minority in this country forcing their decadent views on the majority.  

I and the rest of American can hardly wait for the impeachment votes so we can identify what side of the coin everybody stands on.  That information will be invaluable in November of 2020.

SOME MINUTE SANITY EXITS IN CALIFORNIA

The California Supreme Court has struck down a law that would have required President Trump to disclose his tax returns in order to be on the ballot in that state.  Justices said yesterday the law requiring candidates for president and governor to disclose financial information was unconstitutional.  The President now has to win a legal battle in the nation's Supreme Court to prevent New York State from disclosing Trump's tax returns to House Democrats.

I'd say the Utilities Commission has an obligation to full PGE's franchise license and find somebody else to provide electricity to the State.  

A couple in Mississippi suffered a Christmas fire in their home, which was partially destroyed.  Having no place to live and not wanting to leave the remains of their house to vagrants and thieves, they put their RV in their driveway, where they've been living as they battle out the details with the insurance company and hire contractors.   Their homeowners association has said "T.S." you can't park your RV in your driveway and live in it, period... regardless of the circumstances.  They now face huge fines and potential jail time.  People simply don't gave a rat's ass about each other anymore, do they?  

The latest outrage on the Internet?  Online companies now have the capability of obtaining your telephone number while you're researching their websites for potential purchases and automatically dialing you to coerce you into going ahead with the purchase.  Next thing we know, they'll be sending subliminal messages and hypnotic sounds to your computer while you're busy browsing.

CALIFORNIA'S DRAMATIC RISE IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

Back in 2014, California's Proposition 47, much ballyhooed by now flailing presidential candidate Kamala Harris, reclassified many felonies as being misdemeanors.  At the time, it was called the Criminal Sentences Misdemeanor Penalties Initiative Statute, or the Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act... as Harris called it.  The reclassified offenses include shoplifting, writing bad checks, some burglaries and drug possession.

Today, crime is soaring across the state.  The criminals are often released on their own recognizance before arresting officers can even finishing filling out the paperwork.  Once released, the criminals commit new crimes, often within hours.  Both citizens and law enforcement officers are justifiably angry, but government in Sacramento seems to be turning a deaf ear to the problem.  "T.S." as Gavin Newsom might say.

There is every indication that Adam Schiff has been schooling and coaching witnesses on what testimony to give.  It looks like he's also been caught red-handed talking with witnesses before testimony when he and the witnesses have both denied such conversations.  He should be disbarred and jailed.

Two illegal aliens killed a California Deputy Sheriff just outside of Sacramento two weeks ago and Governor Newsom elected not to attend the funeral.  Illegal aliens have rights and cops are only cops, you know. 

Elizabeth Warren and her cohorts believe any illegal alien who makes it across our border should be entitled to the same things you and I worked our tails off for decades to earn... and they should get them at your expense.

Elizabeth Warren has admitted that tens of thousands of employees in the health insurance industry will have to find other jobs under her "Medicare Care for All" plan.  "Some of the people currently working in health insurance will work in other parts of insurance -- in life insurance, in auto insurance, in car insurance, some will work for Medicaid," she said.  The rest will have to suck it up.

As for the $52 trillion price tag over ten years, she denies the middle class will have increased taxes.  She says the rich and the businesses will have to pay, as if to say businesses won't pass the costs on to you.  Her "program" really should be called Pocahontas-scare.  Remember... you supposedly are the dummies and you simply don't know when they're screwing you.

The left-leaning American Bar Association has gone overboard in its attempts to scuttle President Trump's latest nomination to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Lawrence VanDyke was the subject of a scathing letter from the ABA, sent to committee leadership Tuesday night, which alleged that people they interviewed expressed the concern VanDyke could not be fair to members of the LGBTQ community.

Van Dyke, in his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee, denied the ABA's contention, saying he was not given a fair opportunity to respond to the allegations during his ABA interview. He said when he was confronted with the concerns about his views, he began to answer but was told they were running out of time.  If that doesn't sound just like a Schiff-organized maneuver, what does?

Contrary to the speculation of many pundits, being that President Trump could be impeached and then reelected in 2020 anyway, the Constitution says that if you are impeached you can no longer hold or have any office.
