As of yesterday, FBI Director James Comey has requested and
Loretta Lynch has refused to issue… a warrant for the FBI to search Huma Abedin’s
computer. This is despite the allegations that over 650,000 emails are on that computer including the 33,000+ "missing" Clinton emails. [Note: The DOJ issued the warrant late Sunday]
COMMENTS:
How did the FBI know there may be such damning
evidence on the computer that Comey had to write Congress the letter just 11
days before the election? My thinking is
that Abedin’s laptop is merely a red herring.
Something else is brewing; something big and ominous. Only that could explain Barack’s sudden
withdrawal from campaigning for Hillary. Yesterday, the story started to
circulate that FBI agents had refused to destroy laptops turned over to the FBI
by Clinton’s aides as they had agreed to do, and that those laptops contain deeply
incriminating evidence which the agents were threatening to go public with
unless Comey reactivated Hillary’s case.
Given their prior agreement, there would be a question as to the
legality of using any information contained on those laptops in a
prosecution. Hopefully, today will tell…

Q. Do you think this latest move by the FBI will sway the
election? (Myron ~ Paso Robles, CA)
A. I’d like to think it would clinch the election for
Trump. But, millions of voters have
already voted, either by absentee ballot or through early voting. Depending on how magnanimous this news really
is, I can actually see a move by Obama to stall the election until the matter
is settled in court on the basis that it would be unfair to have it now. That would leave Obama and his White House
Mafia in charge of the country for another 2-3 years and would create a huge
Constitutional crisis, which could actually be in his game plan.
Q. I was worried before, but given everything that’s come
out in the last few days, I am so worried now that Clinton still might
win. What are your thoughts? (Mollie ~ Pleasanton, CA)
A. The momentum was starting to move for Trump before
Friday. Crowds attending his rallies
have far exceeded those at Hillary’s. Unless there is some massive voter fraud, I
think Trump will win.
Q. I hear that there are enough emails on Huma Abedin’s
laptop that it may contain those “missing and/or destroyed” 33,000 emails that
Clinton thought she got rid of right after the Congressional subpoena was
issued. If so, I’m sure there is a lot
of damning and classified stuff in there.
Besides Hillary, who could be burned by that fire? (Bernie ~ Hat Creek, CA)
A. Huma’s butt is in big trouble, because she signed an
affidavit she didn’t have any classified material when she left the State
Department and said under oath that she didn’t have any when she
testified. Then there’s Clinton, other
aides… maybe even the president. As for
Anthony Weiner, he could always say that he had no knowledge the emails were
classified, or that they were even on the computer for that matter.
