LYNCH REFUSING TO ISSUE WARRANT?

As of yesterday, FBI Director James Comey has requested and Loretta Lynch has refused to issue… a warrant for the FBI to search Huma Abedin’s computer. This is despite the allegations that over 650,000 emails are on that computer including the 33,000+ "missing" Clinton emails. [Note: The DOJ issued the warrant late Sunday]

COMMENTS:

How did the FBI know there may be such damning evidence on the computer that Comey had to write Congress the letter just 11 days before the election?  My thinking is that Abedin’s laptop is merely a red herring.  Something else is brewing; something big and ominous.  Only that could explain Barack’s sudden withdrawal from campaigning for Hillary. Yesterday, the story started to circulate that FBI agents had refused to destroy laptops turned over to the FBI by Clinton’s aides as they had agreed to do, and that those laptops contain deeply incriminating evidence which the agents were threatening to go public with unless Comey reactivated Hillary’s case.  Given their prior agreement, there would be a question as to the legality of using any information contained on those laptops in a prosecution.  Hopefully, today will tell…

A. I’d like to think it would clinch the election for Trump.  But, millions of voters have already voted, either by absentee ballot or through early voting.  Depending on how magnanimous this news really is, I can actually see a move by Obama to stall the election until the matter is settled in court on the basis that it would be unfair to have it now.  That would leave Obama and his White House Mafia in charge of the country for another 2-3 years and would create a huge Constitutional crisis, which could actually be in his game plan. 

Q. I was worried before, but given everything that’s come out in the last few days, I am so worried now that Clinton still might win.  What are your thoughts?  (Mollie ~ Pleasanton, CA)

A. The momentum was starting to move for Trump before Friday.  Crowds attending his rallies have far exceeded those at Hillary’s.   Unless there is some massive voter fraud, I think Trump will win. 

Q. I hear that there are enough emails on Huma Abedin’s laptop that it may contain those “missing and/or destroyed” 33,000 emails that Clinton thought she got rid of right after the Congressional subpoena was issued.  If so, I’m sure there is a lot of damning and classified stuff in there.  Besides Hillary, who could be burned by that fire?  (Bernie ~ Hat Creek, CA)

A. Huma’s butt is in big trouble, because she signed an affidavit she didn’t have any classified material when she left the State Department and said under oath that she didn’t have any when she testified.  Then there’s Clinton, other aides… maybe even the president.  As for Anthony Weiner, he could always say that he had no knowledge the emails were classified, or that they were even on the computer for that matter.

CLINTON’S RUSSIAN URANIUM DEAL

Uranium One, a Russian owned firm, contributed over $140 million to the Clinton Foundation when Hillary was Secretary of State.  The State Department subsequently approved a huge purchase of America’s uranium stockpile by Russia, totally against our national security interests.  Donald Trump has been hammering this fact in his stump speeches, but the Clinton camp continues to totally ignore the issue. 

COMMENTS:

I suspect that George Soros is behind all of this; Hillary certainly doesn’t have the brains to dream this scheme up all by herself.  Way back when, it was revealed and reported in my blogs that Hillary had approved, in return for money, a deal whereby Russia acquired 20% of America’s uranium reserves, which they can convert into nuclear weapons to use against us.  I suppose that when the Russians nuke us, Hillary will not be able to recall anything about Uranium One.

Q. John Podesta is up to his eyeballs in covering up for Hillary and in doing dirty deeds through the Department of Justice to thwart any realistic investigations against her.  Now I hear he’s probably going to be her Chief of Staff? 

A. Why not?  He’s certainly got the experience and it doesn’t matter if you’re crooked when you work for a crook.

OBAMA’S GRUBER: LET’S REALLY RAPE AMERICA

Just days after Premier Obama announced that the high costs of ObamaCare were not his fault Jonathan Gruber, who was the architect of ObamaCare, shocked America by asserting that the plan is working exactly as designed and that the government needs to increase penalties for not complying, which means stiffer fines and jail time for those who do not obey.

TEXAS VOTING MACHINE FRAUDS

Numerous citizens participating in early voting in Texas and selecting a straight Republican ticket are discovering that voting machines are selecting Clinton/Kaine for president while picking the rest of the ballot as Republican.  Officials are insisting there is nothing wrong with the machines and that the problem is originating with the voters. 

COMMENTS:

I’m beginning to think that someone wants to sabotage this election in order to keep Obama in the White House.  These stories we’re hearing about Clinton, about voting fraud, about buying off the FBI… who is in charge here, Cesar Chavez?

You’re referring to the case of John Bentel, a former Clinton State Department IT guy, who was granted immunity by the Justice Department and then pleaded the 5th almost 100 times during a Judicial Watch deposition.  Guess where he got the advice to do that?  From the Department of Justice.  They calculate it will be well after the election before this maneuver is addressed in a court of law.  This is plain in-your-face corruption and “up yours” by the Obama-Clinton Mafia.

A. Recent studies show that employers will eliminate some 7 million jobs over the proposal and cut employee hours.  Already, major fast food chains are experimenting with automated vending machines instead of paid employees.  So, you make $15 an hour and you work one hour a day? 

Q. Why are we using Russian rocket engines?  (Javier ~ Los Angeles, CA)

A. Back in 1996, then President Bill Clinton authorized the use of Russian rocket engines for commercial ventures and, because they are more powerful and less expensive than U.S. engines, they later started being used by the military.  The “deal” was supposed to expire in 2000, so the deadline has been moved over the years to 2022.  Isn’t it ironic that we use Russian rocket engines to launch satellites to spy on Russia?

It’s so absurd.  First, the Clinton Mafia claims it is clean as a whistle and pious as all get out.  Then come the WikiLeaks that show actually documents outlining in their own words their own lies and schemes.  Then comes the story that the Russians are providing the information so, I guess, the dirty deeds don’t really matter.  Now comes the story that the Russians either manufactured the documents or altered them.  And then we hear that the Clintons arranged for Terry McAuliffe of Virginia to buy off the FBI agent supervising the investigation into Clinton’s Emails; I suppose McAuliffe is a Russian, too?  (Amanda ~ Wheatland, CA)

A. No, McAuliffe has been a close personal friend of the Clintons for 20+ years.  But, his dog is Russian.
