GOOD SAMARITAN IN KANSAS

A lady, after shopping at a Walmart in Shawnee, Kansas, was loading her groceries and child into her car when two thugs appeared out of nowhere and hit her over the head, evidently preparing to carjack the vehicle.  A Good Samaritan overheard the screams and responded to the scene; he was shot multiple times by one of the suspects.  A second Good Samaritan, hearing the commotion and gun shots, arrived at the scene carrying his own concealed weapon; he shot one of the suspects dead and the second suspect split the scene, only to be captured later by a K-9 Unit.

COMMENTS:
The question I have now is… do you think that lady is a believer in American citizens having guns and concealed carry permits?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I can’t believe this, but haven’t read anything about it.  I understand some states are passing laws that say no church can deny a gay or transgender person admission to their faith, regardless of what the Bible says?  (Megan ~ Genoa, NV)
A. That’s correct, Massachusetts being the most recent state to do so.  You no longer have freedom of religion in this country; gun rights are next.

Q. Now that FOX is settling out of court with Roger Ailes, I wonder how he got away with it for so long?  (Logan ~ Davis, CA)
A. It’s a culture thing.  FOX NEWS got this culture that they were at the top of the ratings, beating all of the competition and they could do no wrong.  So, it wasn’t just the Ailes thing; that was just one symptom of a lot of things that have gone wrong at FOX NEWS.  They have allowed opinion to sneak into their news, and although a good chunk of it leans to the right, it’s still wrong.  News is news and should be reported objectively and straight.  Opinion belongs on the editorial pages; most of us are capable of reaching our own opinions without some jackass in a suit doing it for us.

Q. Do you honestly think that Congress is going to get to the bottom of anything involving Clinton before the elections?  (Carrie ~ Redding, CA)
A. No, and I don’t think they intend to.  I think it’s all a big show.  I think they realize that Americans are ticked off at the way they have allowed Obama and Clinton to run this country and they have to put on this big façade in order to try and protect themselves from radioactive fallout during the November elections.
