The Obama administration violated U.S. District Judge Andrew
Hanen’s injunction halting President Obama’s executive amnesty programs,
Justice Department lawyers have admitted to the court, according to the
Washington Times. In a late night filing Thursday, Justice Department lawyers
revealed that the Department of Homeland Security had issued some 2,000
three-year work permits (as opposed to the currently permissible two-year
permits) to illegal immigrants granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
(DACA). This occurred despite repeated statements from administration officials
that they were abiding by the injunction.

And just what is anybody going to do about it?
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Does the raising of the security level at military bases
signal an imminent threat? (Denny ~
Sunnyvale, CA)
A. No. But, they do
want all military and civilian personnel at bases to be on their toes. And, they obviously do recognize that despite
what Obama says, the threat of I.S.I.S. attacks right here at home has become
very real. Just think: we’ve progressed
from calling the I.S.I.S. gang a “J.V. team” all of the way over there in the
Middle East, to putting our military in higher alert status right here at home
in less than eight months. If you’re not
worried about his handling of our national security yet, you should be.
Q. What do you think about Lindsey Graham running for
president? (Frank ~ Goleta, CA)
A. Yawn.
Q. Unemployment is down to 5.4%? I sense the country’s labor force is worse
off than it ever has been. (Vidor ~
Saginaw, MI)
A. A record 93 million Americans are not in the labor force,
and those who are working are getting
paid less. Obama’s figures are, as
usual, outright lies.
