A Federal Judge is currently weighing a controversial legal
challenge that could end subsidies for several million clients on
ObamaCare. The case centers around subsidies
that 5 million Americans received when buying insurance through the
HealthCare.gov exchanges which sold coverage for 36 states this year. The plaintiffs in case, Halbig v. Sebelius,
allege that the subsidies were illegal because ObamaCare only permitted tax
credits to be given to people who had purchased insurance from the 14
individual states and the District of Columbia which had their own exchanges, (not
federal exchanges). The Affordable Care
Act, (ObamaCare), would go into a financial tailspin if the courts rule that those
credits are illegal.
COMMENTS:
I would also like to know why those people get a subsidy
when we who are on Medicare supplemental health plans do not. The whole Act is rife with corruption,
political favoritism, ineptitude, inequities and lies. Outside
of that, I like it fine.

the wrong conception, (play on words intended).

don’t like my stand, that’s your problem, not mine.
Q. Do you feel that the town of Murrieta, California, has
the right to deny busloads of illegal immigrant children admission? (Bo ~ Kelso, WA)
A. Yes. Any city,
county or state has every legal right and
obligation to refuse to participate or allow illegal activities within its
borders.
Q. What is your reaction to the news that the Obamas have
already spent well over $44 million of our taxpayer money on trips and
vacations? (Laura ~ Idaho Falls, ID)
A. We could have cut the cost in half by building a golf
course on the White House lawn. Now, don’t
get your tail in a knot; Obama still has over two years left in office and could
reach that $100 million mark yet. I’m
looking for him to jump on Air Force One and fly to Iraq to shake hands with
and bow to the new I.S.I.S. Caliph; we can’t leave anyone out, you know.
