PILOTS MIGHT FLY UNARMED

Ever since 9/11, pilots have been eligible for training to carry concealed weapons on their flights and they’ve been able to be armed.  Now, Obama’s administration is cutting funding for the training program, leaving open the probability that fewer pilots will fly with their canons.

COMMENTS:
This is in keeping with Obama’s long-standing hardcore anti-gun philosophy.  While we haven’t had any more hijackings, why do we want to invite trouble by disarming the pilots? To me, that’s somewhat akin to disarming cops.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Do you really feel that Obama is out to destroy our country as we know it?  (Meg ~ Casper, WY)
A. This is a two part answer.  Yes, I do believe that.  But, that belief doesn’t matter when you judge him by what he is actually doing to the country.  No matter what his agenda is, the results are that he is destroying our country.

Q. You said many times since Obama’s election that you did not feel he would finish his first term.  What do you think now?  (Clemmie ~ South San Francisco, CA)
A. My predictions were based on this country having an honest, fair and proactive press and media.  Wow, was that ever a mistake.

Q. Do you think the Republicans can beat Obama in November?  (Mo ~ Beverly Hills, CA)
A. Not the way they’re going about it.

L.A. COPS EXEMPLIFY LIBERAL AGENDA

The law in California reads that if you are driving a car and you have no driver’s license, your car will be impounded.  The Los Angeles Police Department, in a unilateral decision, has decided not to enforce the law against illegal immigrants who are driving without a license, since the vast majority of those violators are illegal immigrants and therefore, the law is discriminatory.

COMMENTS:
In the meanwhile, of course, it appears that legal immigrants and whites driving without a driver’s license WILL have their cars impounded.  ENOUGH OF THEIR DAMNED SCREWED UP HORSESHIT!

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Rick Santorum said (yesterday) that reelecting Barack Hussein Obama would be a better alternative than electing Mitt Romney.  What is your reaction to that?  (Kym ~ Los Angeles, CA)
A. Speaking with authority from the top of the mountain, this underscores my insistence that neither one of these two deserves the Republican nomination.  That is a first-class dumbshit remark from Santorum that never should have been made public.  As for Romney, he is a very bad choice, but not bad enough that I would vote for Obama.  I probably just wouldn’t vote.

Q. What I just heard scares the hell out of me.  Congress voted not to fund the Egyptian military any longer and Secretary of State promptly issued an executive “waiver” to allow the funding to take place anyway?  And the government of Egypt is now saying that Israel is its number one enemy?  (Wally ~ Alturas, CA)
A.  The Executive Branch of the government obviously doesn’t care what the Legislative Branch has to say.  IS THIS A DICTATORSHIP, OR WHAT?  WAKE UP, AMERICA!

Q. The news is that Iranian agents have been scoping out New York landmarks for destruction and that Iranian agents are planted around the country ready to do damage as soon as they get instructions from Tehran.  What can we do about this?  (Myhren ~ Buena Park, CA)
A. We can ship every Iranian citizen out of the U.S. for starters, and we can prohibit Iranian travel to the U.S.  Obama would never consider doing either.  So here we are, sitting ducks in the countryside, while Obama is in his nice warm White House cuddling his Nobel Peace Prize.

OBAMA SEIZES AUTHORITY FROM CONGRESS!

President Obama on Friday signed an Executive Order that gives him the power to seize total control over all of the nation’s resources in time of war or natural disaster.  Only the Congress has the right to bestow such power on the Presidency and Obama has therefore violated the Constitutional doctrine of separation of powers.

COMMENTS:
This is a step similar to ones taken by leaders of other countries who were about to declare martial law, throw out a country’s constitution and take total control.  WHY ISN’T THIS FRONT PAGE NEWS?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. The New Orleans Saints were severely punished by the NFL because they paid bonus money to players who nailed opposing team members so hard that they ended up on a stretcher or got totally knocked out.  But, this will affect them for two whole seasons.  Is that fair?  (Gabby ~ Bethesda, MD)
A. If it had been up to me, I would have yanked the franchise.  Obviously, the Saints weren’t living up to their name.

Q. What do you think about Jeb Bush endorsing Mitt Romney?  (Olin ~ Sunnyvale, CA)
A. Who’s Jeb Bush?

Q. Whatever happened to the insider trading issue where Members of Congress are not prohibited from doing it?  (Ted ~ Chico, CA)
A. There’s a Bill in the Senate that would prohibit Congressional insider trading.  There could be a vote on it Thursday.  Don’t expect it to pass; there are too many crooks in Congress.

OBAMA IN DEEP DOO-DOO OVER KEYSTONE PIPELINE

Barack has been taking a beating over his flat refusal to allow the construction of the Keystone Pipeline.  He’s been suffering relentless bad press and plummeting ratings in the polls.  Now, he’s announced that he will “fast track” the “review” of the southern portion of the pipeline.

COMMENTS:
Isn’t that sweet of Barry to do that?  You can bet your sweet bippees that we are going to end up after the November election with a pipeline that goes from Texas through Oklahoma and stops.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Now that Romney has won in Illinois, and with 52% of the vote at that, should Gingrich and Santorum finally get out?  (Mattie ~ Hollywood, CA)
A. Here’s the issue as I see it… If you like Romney, and 45% to 55% of Republicans don’t, then they should get out.  If you don’t really like any of the candidates, however, then they should stay in and force a brokered convention and maybe, just maybe, the Party will finally cough up the name of someone that we can all get behind and support with vigor.

Q. Newt Gingrich is angry with something actor Robert DeNiro said.  What was it?  (Samantha ~ Lacey, WA)
A.Callista Gingrich. Karen Santorum. Ann Romney. Now do you really think our country is ready for a white First Lady?" Hollywood class knows no bounds…

Q. You recently wrote in MY AMERICAN OPINION about an Indian tribe in Washington State being ripped off by Internet fraud.  Do you think our Internet is vulnerable to a cyber-attack from another nation?  (DeWayne ~ Redding, CA)
A. In recent years, a wave of highly sophisticated computer viruses and cyber-attacks has created new security threats that policymakers and analysts are just beginning to understand. The greatest concern is that the United States will be suddenly struck by a “cyber Pearl Harbor”—an event that could shut down or destroy significant parts of the nation’s digital-based infrastructure.  For starters, if we lose our Internet, how can we get our money out of the bank?

ROMNEY’S DIRTY ATTACK ADS DESTROYING GOP

Newt Gingrich is complaining that the vast amounts of money Romney is spending on “dirty” attack ads against him and Rick Santorum are hurting the Republican Party.  "I challenge Gov. Romney and his super PAC to pledge to take every negative ad about every Republican off the air, because it dishonors them, it weakens the Republican Party, and it helps Barack Obama," Gingrich told a cheering outdoor crowd of more than 200 in Covington, VA.

COMMENTS:
Gingrich is correct.  And once again I say, when you don’t have enough attributes to run on, that’s when you run dirty.  Romney should be able to demonstrate that he is better than Gingrich or Santorum based on his abilities, his history, his knowledge and appeal to Americans.  If he can’t do that, he should get out of the race.  Maybe that’s why he can’t get over 45% of the primary vote?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. An Internet download tax looms in Connecticut.  Is this the sign of things to come?  (Kendra ~ Scottsdale, AZ)
A. States are running out of money and citizens are fighting more taxes at a time when the economy is horrible.  So, the states are looking to tax anything and everything that will bring in a dime to their coffers.  Now then, if I’m a Connecticut resident with my laptop in Arizona, what is the legal basis for Connecticut charging me a tax on my download of music or video?  But, don’t forget that Norwalk, Connecticut is where they took property by eminent domain to give to a developer for the purpose of building a shopping center, and then added insult to injury when the center never got built.

Q. I heard that the U.S. Government plans to snoop on everybody on the Internet.  Is that true?  (Gordy ~ Dayton, NV)
A. The National Security Agency is spending $2 billion to build a data interception center in Utah that will be five times larger than the capitol and used for intercepting online data.  Now, just what do you think they are going to do with that information?  And, since Obama now has the authority to do anything he wants with the Internet, he’s not going to be asking for search warrants, either.

Q. I know that Romney continues to run low in the polls and voting booths.  How does he stand from a historical perspective?  (Kelley ~ Sacramento, CA)
A. “Since 1976, no serious contender, Democrat or Republican, has watched his favorable ratings fall as low as Romney’s have in recent months. Or watched his unfavorable ratings climb as high. Or watched his overall numbers stay underwater — that is, more unfavorable than favorable — for so long,” according to the Daily Beast.  “At this rate, Romney is shaping up to be the most unpopular [likely] presidential nominee on record.”  And that, in short, is why Obama and his goons are doing everything they can to make Romney the GOP nominee.
