GSA STORY LAYS MORE EGGS

Just when Obama and his Musketeers were out trumpeting about how quickly and completely they resolved the GSA lavish spending story, it leaked out over the weekend that the Administration knew about the abuse eleven months ago and did nothing about it until the story broke in the press.

COMMENTS:
Arrogance toward the Supreme Court.  Arrogance toward organized religion.  Arrogance toward the Constitution.  Arrogance toward our taxpayer money.  Arrogance.  Arrogance.  Arrogance.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Is it true that NBC edited the telephone call of George Zimmerman to make it sound like the shooting of Trayvon Martin appears to be racially motivated?  (Carolyn ~ Whiskeytown, CA)
A. Yes, but wouldn’t you expect that of NBC?

Q. Now the Obama Administration wants us taxpayers who manage our finances and stay clear of trouble to pay for those who do not?  (Carla ~ Reno, NV)
A. They want Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which finance the bulk of U.S. mortgages, to start reducing loan balances for “troubled borrowers.”  Yes, we will end up paying for this.  This is definitely class warfare.

Q. Have cell phones replaced landlines?  (Alice ~ Rocklin, CA)
A. AT&T and Verizon would like to think so.  Although they both own landline companies, they are quietly trying to de-emphasize landline service and force people over to cell phones.  There is a larger profit margin in the cell phone industry.

HAPPY EASTER: OBAMA RIPS ROMNEY

"He said that he's 'very supportive' of this new budget, and he even called it 'marvelous' -- which is a word you don't often hear when it comes to describing a budget," Obama said during a speech on Tuesday, before adding, "It's a word you don't often hear generally."  Obama is now trying to define his presumed opponent as an out-of-touch multi-millionaire who would cut social programs for the elderly and the middle class while promoting policies to help the rich.

COMMENTS:
Actually, I agree with that characterization.  Nevertheless, we all know what we have in the White House right now, and he’s far worse than any Republican could ever be.  I just wish we’d pick some other candidate.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I heard something Friday about bad economic signs starting to show again.  Can you fill me in?  (Ashton ~ Sedona, AZ)
A. Employers hired far fewer workers in March than in previous months.  Economists are saying this appears to be the beginning of a trend and the economy could tank again.  Will this leave the door open for another Obama “stimulus?”  How about re-starting some of those “shovel ready” projects?  Maybe we should have some more GSA parties and get the economy cooking again.

Q. You have said many times that the Republican Party hierarchy was bound and determined to have Mitt Romney as the 2012 nominee.  Now, I hear work is leaking out of Washington that you were absolutely correct.  Can you elaborate?  (Sylvester ~ Fresno, CA)
A. According to Politico and Newsmax, some Republicans are accusing the Republican National Committee of engaging in tactics that helped Mitt Romney become the front-runner.  The criticism aimed at the RNC includes charges the committee allowed states to jump line in the primary schedule, breaking party rules without penalty.  Politico reported Friday that some party members have also accused RNC officials of using a tracking system that padded Romney’s tally of delegates as the primary and caucus season progressed, and that party staffers, have been too cozy with the Romney campaign.

Q. Whatever happened to Obama’s new budget that was announced in January and why aren’t we hearing more about it?  (Callie ~ Redding, CA)
A. The House turned it down last week by a vote of 414 to 0.  The defeat was so embarrassing that the media doesn’t dare to tell the store or Obama will have his wrath.

OBAMA NOT THROUGH WITH SUPREME COURT

President Barack Hussein Obama has just begun his attack on the Supreme Court, according to an article on Newsmax.com.  He plans to besmirch the conservative members this fall if the Court strikes down ObamaCare.  The court also will also consider several other issues before the November election that could stir up Obama's cronies and draw independent voters as well, including: immigration, voting rights and a revisit of a campaign finance ruling that Obama has already criticized as an outrage.

COMMENTS:
Go ahead Mr. Obama: Make our Day.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Back in 2008, it turned out that Obama was getting millions of dollars in campaign donations from “undisclosed” foreign individuals and businesses, principally from the Middle East.  Will they repeat this in 2012?  (Elroy ~ Portland, OR)
A. The rumor is that the Saudis have already agreed with other OPEC nations to drop the price of oil just before the November elections.  Yes, it’s possible that we’ll be back down to $4 gas before November.  But, in the interim, $6 is not out of the question.  Don’t let your nylons get wrinkled…

Q. Has Romney made full disclosure of his financial affairs as promised?  (Rochelle ~ Schenectady, NY)
A. No.  He’s using provisions in federal law to avoid disclosing his personal wealth, according to the WASHINGTION POST.  And, we’re going to put him up against Obama?

Q. Why is it that young female teachers insist on having illicit and illegal sexual relationships with students?  (Gordon ~ Reno, NV)
A. Because young males have a tremendous capacity and drive for sex, and then there’s the thrill of violating social mores and the law.  Finally, perhaps, their principals have no principles.

COCA COLA GOES LIBERAL

Coca Cola has terminated its dealings with a conservative group that has been seeking to support new state laws regarding voter identifications.  The decision to "discontinue its membership" came Wednesday, just a few hours after the black online advocacy group Color of Change began a boycott of the company, according to Fox News.  http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/04/05/coca-cola-ends-ties-to-conservative-law-writers/#ixzz1rDQGpPv7

COMMENTS:
Gosh, I quit drinking Pepsi after they switched to straight 8-packs as opposed to 6 or 12 packs, now I have to quit drinking Coke.  Thank God for RC Cola.  Anyone who is against having voters identify themselves in the country belongs in another country.  How about Chile or Venezuela?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. McCain keeps insisting that Santorum and Gingrich get out of the race for President.  What do you say about that?  (Eva ~ Sacramento, CA)
A. McCain’s own blunders in 2008 convinced Americans that Obama was a better choice.  It’s time for him to shut his yap and pay attention to his job.  He’s just one small step to the right of Obama anyway.  Both candidates are grown up adults capable of making their own decisions.

Q. Now that Romney is the apparent winner of the Republican nomination, will you support him for the Presidency?  (Derek ~ Bend, OR)
A. Here are the facts: Romney finally won 70% of the vote, but Santorum wasn’t in the race.  He’s been getting 40% to 45% of the vote lately, which means that 55% to 60% of the people don’t like him.  In running against Obama, then, 55% to 60% of the people voting for Romney will really be voting against Obama.  I’ll grudgingly be in that 55% to 60%.

Q. I just found out that Anthony Spitzer, the disgraced former Governor of New York, is taking Keith Olbermann’s spot on Current TV.  Why does the media keep hiring these social failures?  (Susan ~ San Diego, CA)
A. Olbermann has been fired from virtually every network in the country.  Al Gore’s far-left leaning Current TV is in danger of being kicked off the cable networks due to low ratings, and Al is trying to create controversy and watchers by hiring Spitzer.  That will not help and Current TV is going to go the way of all liberal radio and TV organizations, which will lead to new cries from the left about restoring the “Fairness Doctrine.”  I think it’s obvious that people are sick and tired of listening to their crap, and that is why they are getting "tuned out.".

HOUSTON’S BODY PERMEATED WITH COKE

Whitney Houston’s body had substantial cocaine in it and a spoon on the table next to her bed had white residue in it, according to the autopsy report.  Toxicology results also showed Houston had marijuana, Xanax, the muscle relaxant Flexeril, and the allergy medication Benadryl in her system.

COMMENTS:
What a waste of human life and great talent.  And they want to legalize drugs in this country?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. You reported the other day about Martha Johnson resigning as head of GSA due to too much spending.  Now, it’s a front page embarrassment for the Obama Administration.  Isn’t this indicative of Obama’s own lavish spending?  (Lenora ~ Menlo Park, CA)
A. Absolutely.  As long as he ignores his own budget, why should any agency stick to theirs?  An outsider would swear that they are having a contest to see what agency can push the national debt to $20 trillion first.  The winner gets a beer on the White House lawn with Barack and Joe.

Q. Obama has signed a bill that bans insider trading for Members of Congress.  Will that change anything?  (Quint ~ Casper, WY)
A. The whole Washington D.C. crowd has become numb to our laws and numb to the will of the people.   This new law won’t have any effect unless we replace the current members of Congress and the White House hierarchy.  It’s almost as if they dare us to catch them.

Q. I see that Tax Masters, a stalwart advertiser on the Fox News Channel, has been fined $195 million for its shoddy marketing and business practices.  Wasn’t this a matter of the White House going after Fox advertisers in an effort to force Fox off the air?  (Lucinda ~ Phoenix, AZ)
A. TaxMasters was found to have committed more than 110,000 violations of Texas’ Deceptive Trade Practices Act, according to a statement released by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott.  I would have to say that is pretty persuasive evidence that the company did wrong.  Fox cancelled their advertising contract some time ago.  For a change, I don’t see a White House conspiracy involved this time.
