HOUSTON’S BODY PERMEATED WITH COKE

Whitney Houston’s body had substantial cocaine in it and a spoon on the table next to her bed had white residue in it, according to the autopsy report.  Toxicology results also showed Houston had marijuana, Xanax, the muscle relaxant Flexeril, and the allergy medication Benadryl in her system.

COMMENTS:

What a waste of human life and great talent.  And they want to legalize drugs in this country?

A. Absolutely.  As long as he ignores his own budget, why should any agency stick to theirs?  An outsider would swear that they are having a contest to see what agency can push the national debt to $20 trillion first.  The winner gets a beer on the White House lawn with Barack and Joe. 

Q. Obama has signed a bill that bans insider trading for Members of Congress.  Will that change anything?  (Quint ~ Casper, WY)

A. The whole Washington D.C. crowd has become numb to our laws and numb to the will of the people.   This new law won’t have any effect unless we replace the current members of Congress and the White House hierarchy.  It’s almost as if they dare us to catch them.   

Q. I see that Tax Masters, a stalwart advertiser on the Fox News Channel, has been fined $195 million for its shoddy marketing and business practices.  Wasn’t this a matter of the White House going after Fox advertisers in an effort to force Fox off the air?  (Lucinda ~ Phoenix, AZ)

A. TaxMasters was found to have committed more than 110,000 violations of Texas’ Deceptive Trade Practices Act, according to a statement released by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott.  I would have to say that is pretty persuasive evidence that the company did wrong.  Fox cancelled their advertising contract some time ago.  For a change, I don’t see a White House conspiracy involved this time.

OBAMA FALSELY PROPPING UP ECONOMY

It has been revealed that the Federal Reserve has bought up 61% of the government debt.  Lawrence Goodman, a former Treasury official and current president of the Center for Financial Stability, says "This not only creates the false appearance of limitless demand for U.S. debt but also blunts any sense of urgency to reduce supersized budget deficits."  This will eventually have to stop, most likely after the November election if Obama gets reelected; when it does, the economy could totally collapse. 

COMMENTS:

Obama is maneuvering the economy, trying to make things look better for his reelection campaign.  Fed intervention in the government debt market makes demand for Treasury bonds appear higher than it really is, as foreign creditors and other investors have fled U.S. government debt instruments and are looking elsewhere until the government makes serious attempts to curb spending and narrow its gaping deficits.  This is a horribly nasty trick to play on the country.

A. Yes, and if it isn’t paid, that means the national debt goes up by $1 trillion.  The way they’re running this government surely makes you want to pay your income taxes, doesn’t it? 

Q. North Korea is developing an intercontinental missile capable of delivering a nuclear payload to the U.S.  Why aren’t we stopping them?  (Archie ~ Albuquerque, NM)

A. Evidently, Obama doesn’t want to.   

Q. I was reading that Bill and Hillary Clinton were saying, before the last election when Obama was wowing the country, that Obama was a “non-citizen” and ineligible to be President.  Why didn’t they stop him?  (Isabelle ~ Bakersfield, CA)

A. If you will recall correctly, the Clintons and a very long and private conversation with Obama before conceding the nomination to him.  Obviously, some kind of a deal was struck and Hillary ended up being Secretary of State.  By the way, a six-month long criminal investigation by Sheriff Joe Arpaio has found ‘probable cause’ that Obama’s long-form birth certificate released by the White House and Obama’s Selective Service registration form are forgeries.

OBAMA THREATENS SUPREME COURT

President Barack Hussein Obama told the Supreme Court yesterday that they had better not mess with his ObamaCare.  Making no bones about it, Obama said “I'm confident this will be upheld because it should be upheld," and went on to say that overturning the law would be "an unprecedented and extraordinary step" and compared the court's rejection of the law to "judicial activism." "For years what we've heard is the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism," the president said.  He also stressed that the judges are "unelected" and the law was passed by a democratically elected Congress.

COMMENTS:

He needs to be impeached.  He has no business going public and trying to force the Supreme Court to make a decision favorable to him.  This is a total violation of separation of duties and powers of the government and totally against every judicial and ethical code I can think of.  It shows how desperate he is and how he is willing to sacrifice what is Constitutionally correct in order to maintain his own selfish socialist political agenda.  This is Adolf Hitler in dark skin, silk suit and modern times.

A. Larry Echo Hawk, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Interior for Indian Affairs, has resigned to take a high-level position with the Mormon Church.  GSA boss Martha Johnson has resigned amidst allegations she has been grossly overspending the country’s money. 

Q. I see Newt Gingrich has said he “could” support Rick Santorum, and also that there is talk the two might team up on one ticket for President and Vice President.  Is that really a possibility?  (Albert ~ Salt Lake City, UT)

A. Politics makes for strange bedfellows.   

Q. Do you think we’re going to try and take Syria’s Assad down?  (Rory ~ Oxnard, CA)

A. If it will salvage Obama’s Presidency, yes.  Personally, I think we really need to keep our noses out of this, not that I favor the extreme cruelty and killings Assad has been perpetrating.  But, we have not been asked to go in and have no legal right to do so.  It’s an internal matter, as ugly as it is.  It’s also a “no win” prospect; we’d end up none-to-nose with Iran, Russia, and all of the Middle Eastern radical Muslims.  Personally, I’d rather concentrate on getting the free world’s biggest problem out of the White House.

VIGILANTE CROWD WANTS ZIMMERMAN HUNG

Thousands gathered in Miami over the weekend to demand that Charles Zimmerman be charged, arrested, tried, convicted and executed for the "cold-blooded, ruthless killing" of Travyon Martin.  Sunday's protest came a day after one of the largest demonstrations yet in Sanford, the central Florida town where Martin was killed. 

COMMENTS:

The plain fact is that Charles Zimmerman is innocent in this country until he is tried and convicted by a jury of his peers.  This rush to judgment against him has been orchestrated by the media, by the White House, and by those intent on fanning the flames of racism in our country.  Let the wheels of justice have a chance to turn.  Dear God, have we lost all sanity in this nation?

A. You hit the nail on the head.  The Republican leadership is bound and determined to make Romney the nominee and they are getting frustrated and exasperated that 55% to 65% of us are unhappy with him.  Rather than face the fact that Romney is an unpopular candidate, rather than looking for positive solutions that will work for everyone, they are poised to cram Romney down our throats whether we like it or not and, frankly, I’m not going to contribute one damned dime to them. 

Q. What was the story about Romney getting into hot water with Santorum about firing people?  (Mercedes ~ San Diego, CA)

A. Romney was making light about his father George who closed an American Motors factory in Michigan and moving production to Wisconsin.  Santorum says this just shows that Romney has no sense of what blue-collar workers go through in life and what it means to lose your job.  I agree, and it’s probably due to the fact that Mitt was born with a silver spoon in his mouth.  There are not a whole lot of people in this country that have the kind of money that Mitt has and that means he has no real idea of who we are and what makes us tick.  In that sense, he reminds me of the jerk who is already in the White House.    

Q. What do you think of the fact that the U.S. corporate tax rate is now the highest in the world?  (Kerry ~ Central Point, OR)

A. I’m less concerned about that fact than the truth that some giant, prosperous corporations don’t pay a dime in taxes and some small, struggling corporations pay a lot.  I believe that we have the most inequitable and complicated tax structure in the world and we should change it.  But, the system is corrupt; those who are paying nothing are also dishing out huge campaign contributions in return for favors in the tax laws.

NUCLEAR SUMMIT FAILS

Lignet.com is reporting that “World leaders gathered in Seoul, South Korea for a two-day nuclear summit this week but produced only a vague, non-binding communique pledging to “secure all vulnerable nuclear material in four years.” Regional threats – especially rogue state nuclear programs -- played a major role in the failure of the summit and are likely to stymie future efforts until strong leaders emerge to confront these issues.”

Great!  President Obama and his outstanding leadership skills score another giant U.S. failure.

A. You are absolutely correct on all counts.  And there are a lot of members of Congress on both sides of the aisle who are madder than hell about it.  The problem is, they’re not doing anything about it. 

Q. Gingrich is severely scaling back his campaign.  Why doesn’t he fold his tent?  (Xavier ~ Palm Springs, CA)

A. Because he knows that at least 55% of Republicans still don’t like Romney and for that reason he does not want Romney to get the nomination.  I think that’s a valid enough reason to force things into a brokered convention.   

Q. Obama says lotteries should be banned because they unfairly target the poor?  (Maury ~ Las Vegas, NV)

A. That’s what he says.  In doing so, he says that all poor people are mentally incompetent to decide whether or not they can afford to buy lotto tickets.  The next step, I suppose, is to suggest that the highest percentage of the poor are black, and therefore lotteries are racially motivated.

OBAMA SETS ISRAEL UP TO FAIL AGAINST IRAN

News is out that the U.S. Government has been leaking classified information about Israel, where Israel might launch attacks against Iran, the locations of Israeli bases and other secrets.  The contention is that the Iranians would be able to thwart any attack by Israel against their nuclear weapons program.  

COMMENTS:

If this isn’t a classic Obama operation, what is?  What kind of a despot would do this?

Q. What do you think about the right of the government to shut down cell phones “in case of an emergency?”  (Vicki ~ Lincoln, NE)

A. Obama glommed onto this right for himself months ago and you heard about it here.  This tactic was used very effectively by Middle Eastern dictators during riots just before they were deposed.  It’s a violation of free speech, the rights of Americans to communicate with each other, and it in and of itself is a safety issue because, you see a fire or a terrorist or a murder… you can’t communicate that fact to emergency officials. 

Q. Given the fact that it is the job of the U.S. Senate to pass budgets, and given the fact that they have failed to do so for three years, why are they still in office?  (Hortencia ~ Tucson, AZ)

A. Good question.  You can solve that problem in November.   If you're not registered to vote, do it now. 

Q. So consumer spending is up?  Isn’t that a good sign?  (Art ~ Redding, CA)

A. Prices are up, too.  If it costs you $1.00 more for a gallon of gas, isn’t your consumer spending automatically going to go up, without your changing your buying habits?  Grocery prices are up, gas prices… even brothels are charging more; that's why consumer spending is up.
