Donald J. Trump, Paul D. Ryan Jr. and Addison Mitchell McConnell Jr. have not only sold out the Republican Party, they've sold out America.
Trump ran on getting rid of ObamaCare; that didn't happen. Trump ran on defunding Planned Parenthood; that didn't happen. Trump ran on defunding National Public Radio; that didn't happen. Trump ran on building the border wall; that will now never happen. Trump promised that if we elected him President, he would drain the swamp and clean up Washington. Ryan and McConnell, albeit it reluctantly, said they backed Trump, but now, he is IN the swamp and just as dirty as the rest of them.
Ryan and McConnell have proven they are not Americans; they are first part of the "Good Old Boy" network and second they are vipers in the snake pit. Donald Trump is either afraid to stand up to them, or he's part of the problem. Either way, he's proven himself to be unworthy of the promises he made.
And he has the unmitigated audacity to say they're starting to work on the wall today? Trying to fool the Americans into thinking the wall is being built when, in fact, all they're doing is repairing the shoddy wall that's there right now? He's like the typical Democrat who thinks we're stupid.
If he can't, or won't, stand up to the "establishment," how in the Sam Hell is he going to handle Kim Jong Un?
I'm angry. I'm damned angry. I totally regret standing up for Trump in the face adversity. I actually thought he was going to be different.
