TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Unemployment is down to 5.1%, but when I look around my
neighborhood, I can’t believe that figure is true. Is it?
(Effie ~ Moss Landing, CA)
A. There are some 94 million people who are not in the labor
force. With 320 million in the country,
that translates into 29.3% out of work.
Evidently, Obama has told yet another lie which brings his grand total
of lies to more than the number of people not working.
Q. Some 60,000 rare antelope died in Russia recently in a
mass extinction. Do we know what caused
it? (Myrna ~ Rio Linda, CA)
A. Actually, it was in Kazakhstan and the total is about
134,000. I do remember a mass extinction
of sheep and other animals near Tooele, Utah years ago that was caused by the
escape of nerve gas stored at Dugway Proving Grounds. Perhaps they were getting rid of some of
those weapons of mass extinction that were in Iraq and never found.
Q. Now that Hillary has apologized for her email scandal,
does that mean she’s off the hook?
(Harvey ~ Schenectady, NY)
A. According to her supporters it does. Note that during her “apology,” she did not
mention the lies she told when she was in denial. And she topped that off by claiming credit
for originating the Iran “deal.” Doesn’t
she sound like an Obama copycat?
