Biden Violating First Amendment?

I told you so! Biden is not letting the Catholic Church get away with banning him from communion! He's moving to have the church's tax exempt status pulled! What the violation of a church's religious doctrines has to do with taxes is beyond me, but the move implies a total disregard for the First Amendment on his part.

The Democrats continue to insist that you don't have to prove who you are, or even that you are a citizen, in order to vote. Back in March, Georgia passed election reform legislation that includes the requirement of providing identification. Last Friday, the DOJ filed a lawsuit against Georgia on the basis that the new laws are racist.  

Law enforcement officers across the country are resigning or retiring early due to "Defund the Police" movements and increasing legal liability for the performance of their duties. I don't blame them. In fact, I'm surprised the entire Portland, Oregon Police Department hasn't walked off the job.   

More and more states are at least looking into the possibility of election fraud, as Arizona has finished its hand audit.

The Supremes Get It Right!

In a major victory for the First Amendment, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 8-1 this week in favor of a high school cheerleader in Pennsylvania who was booted from her squad over a profane social media post she made while not on school grounds. The rant was sent only to friends  but somebody informed the school and they kicked her off the squad. 

 

The school argued that her posts could disrupt school activities and they therefore had a right to censor what she said, but the Court properly ruled that there was no proof of that and that the school cannot control a person's free speech 24 hours a day, especially when she wasn't even on school grounds.  The second you allow someone to shut down your free speech, that opens the door for them to shut down anything, including your rights to own a gun or practice your religion.

Schumer's Dems Lose Big One!

The Democrats in the Senate were unable to garner the 60 votes necessary to take total control of the nation's election processes yesterday.  Their next move is going to be to get rid of the filibuster rule; that will allow them to cram this dictatorial, tyrannical legislation down our throats with a mere 51 votes. Sooner than later, (sooner, I suspect), we're going to have to take matters into our own hands and stand up for our country!

It appears that a significant number of people who have been given the Covid vaccine have had serious adverse health effects including death, and that the health authorities and media are covering it up.  I've had my shots, but at this point I would not do it again.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops overwhelmingly approved a measure Friday to draft a statement discussing whether high profile pro-abortion politicians may be denied Communion. Biden took questions from reporters following remarks Friday afternoon, where a reporter asked him how he felt about the news. Biden said in essence that he does not believe Catholic bishops have the balls to deny him Communion.

The feds raided U.S. Private Vaults, which had been indicted for conspiracy to sell drugs and launder money.In the process, they seized the contents of about 800 other rented boxes which were not in any way connected to the alleged crimes. The owners are trying get back some $85 million in contents, but the feds are refusing to budge.

President Joe Biden’s former coronavirus czar, Andy Slavitt, has scolded Americans for not sacrificing enough during the past year to stem the pandemic. He's suggested that Americans were selfish and have only themselves to blame for the tragedies of the past year.

He noted that the combined total defense spending by China and Russia is currently greater than that of the U.S.

The Randolph Township Board of Education in New Jersey arbitrarily decided to remove holiday names from its calendar, as the names might be offensive to some. Hence, everything from Easter to Christmas is now just simply listed as "Day Off." Virtually every month and most days are named after some god, so they should be included in the removal: Just call every month as "Month 1" or "Month 2" and days as "Day 1 or Day 2," etc.  And instead of calling politicians "politicians," why don't we just call them by their generic names:"dolts."

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and upscale Scottsdale residents are furious over the Biden administration converting a local hotel into an ICE detention center that will house hundreds of illegal immigrants. The administration has warned Arizona it had better not try and stop them.  

Every day, it seems, we hear about a "mass shooting" where two or more people have been shot and injured or killed. But we haven't heard a peep about the 60, including an 11-year-old girl, who were shot over this last weekend in Chicago.  

Authorities in Washington D.C. knew weeks in advance that an insurrection was in the works for the Capitol on January 6th and did nothing about it.  They also evidently knew that Trump had nothing to do with it and failed to make that clear even after the fact.

American Legion: Unfair Decision

The Commander of an American Legion post in Ohio resigned Friday amid criticism following the decision of Memorial Day ceremony organizers to turn off a retired U.S. Army officer’s microphone while he was speaking about how freed Black slaves honored fallen soldiers just after the Civil War.  American Legion leaders in Ohio also suspended the post’s charter and are taking steps to close it. The moves come in the wake of intense backlash to the decision to censor retired Army Lt. Col. Barnard Kemter, who said he included the story in his speech because he wanted to share the history of how Memorial Day originated.

"The American Legion Department of Ohio does not hold space for members, veterans, or families of veterans who believe that censoring black history is acceptable behavior." I agree with the sentiment, but why punish all of the post membership by closing down the post?

California's Governor Newsom has made it abundantly clear: He will NOT give up his emergency powers to lockdown the state, even as the Wuhan "virus" disappears.  

A Federal District Judge in California has ruled that state's ban on "assault" rifles to be unconstitutional. Shoot!  

The Democrat-controlled California legislature has initiated a proposal that would have the state purchase up to 45 percent of a home in order to make it more affordable to black residents as part of an overall “reparations” package. Non-blacks need not apply.  Who's racist?  

AOC says if we want to reduce the number of people in jails, we should start closing jails.

Do We Really Want to Get Screwed... Again?

The Republicans keep ballyhooing about how they're gong to take back the House and the Senate in 2022 and "fix" things. They have said over and over again, over the last 30 years how, once back in power, they're going to "fix" things; they then have totally failed to do so.

They don't even bother to apologize for their failures! What's worse, they don't tell us how 2022 is going to be any different. What in hell makes them think we're going to give them another chance to screw us?

A report has just recently been released citing that California prison inmate, Jaime Osuna, 31, allegedly tortured and then decapitated and disemboweled his cellmate, Luis Romero, 44, with a makeshift knife in 2019, but prison guards noted that both of them were alive when they made overnight rounds. The killing has prompted investigations and a lawsuit over why Romero was in a cell with Osuna, a self-styled satanist with a history of attacking his cellmates. 

A black rights activist at the weekend rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma said that a time would come when black Americans would need to "kill everything white in sight."

Say Goodbye to America's Rural Hospitals

Rural hospitals operate on thin profit margins, simply because they don't serve enough patients to attract specialists who can supply services that are essential to bringing the big bucks in.  The advent of Covid-19 and the requirements associated with maintaining safe medical care sent bottom lines plummeting.  Now, well over 400 rural hospitals are in danger of shutting down.  

The paperwork burden placed on hospitals of all sizes has greatly increased costs, while revenues have been declining.  When rural hospitals close down, people have to travel much greater distances to seek emergency medical care. Skilled jobs are lost. People move away and communities suffer.

Despite the fact that most Americans worked hard and paid their taxes along the way, Biden wants a bigger cut of any inheritance that you might leave for your children. Although you've already paid as high as 30% on those earnings, he's proposing an estate tax as high as 61%!

A Popeye's store in Saint Louis posted a sign reserving the right to refuse service to white people.   

What China unleashed upon the world with the Wuhan virus is nothing short of biological warfare and should be treated as such.  They need to be totally economically isolated.  

Have you noticed that many tech items no longer provide you with the option of replacing your own batteries? That's not by accident! For example,  with non-removable batteries, when the battery in your cellphone wears out, you have only two choices: (1) buy a new phone, or (2) have the vendor or other professional replace it. Both involve more money.

Going into June, the country awaits the release of UFO reports mandated by Congress. After decades of secrecy by our government, I'm not expecting that what we're going to get is real answers.  Let's see what they cook up to get around the truth.

California: Get Vaccinated, Win a Lottery!

Up to $116.5 million in total prizes will be up for grabs under the “Vax For The Win” vaccine incentive program, according to Gov. Gavin Newsom. Ten vaccinated people will be chosen to win a grand prize of $1.5 million apiece during a drawing on June 15. To be eligible, Californians have to have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, meaning it’s open to everyone 12 years old and up. Another 30 winners will be selected for $50,000 prizes over two Fridays, 15 on June 4 and 15 on June 11. 

If this gimmick fails to coerce reluctant citizens into letting their government "stick it to them," look for more aggressive measures, possibly including penalties and fines, to follow.

Biden Gets The Fickle Finger

Uncle Joe Biden got disinvited by 4,300 graduates and alumni of Notre Dame who do not want him speaking at their graduation ceremonies.  In trying to fluff off the embarrassing shun, a White House source told the Catholic News Agency that Biden was actually invited but could not attend due to a "scheduling conflict."

California's fire victims are taking it in the shorts! The culprit, Pacific gas and Electric, had reached a settlement whereby people who lost their homes and lives were going to be receiving a substantial amount of money, but after two years they still haven't received a dime! In the meanwhile the fund, which was brokered by Governor Newsom, is running dry due to court costs, attorney fees fines, etc.  

On another California note, gas taxes were raised a few years ago for the purpose of repairing roads and bridges. Unfortunately, the money has run out and the projects are only 50% completed. Where did all of that money go? Word has it that a good portion of the money raised has gone to fund the ill-fated California Rapid Transit System pushed by Newsom against the public will.   

Former FBI director Louis Freeh reportedly gave $100,000 to a trust for President Joe Biden’s grandchildren, seeking “some very good and profitable matters” with Biden, according to emails obtained by the New York Post. Corruption in the Biden family has no limits!

Why did Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer go to such lengths to deny her "chartered" flight to Florida, to then pretend it was was "nothing," and then to take overt steps to cover it up? She claimed it was to visit her "sick" parents, but her dad was seen walking the streets shortly after the flight. What's going on? Stay tuned!

Whitmer's Illegal Flight to Florida?

It was first revealed that Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer had secretly flown to Florida on March 12, right after she told Michigan residents they must not travel out-of-state. Like a typical Democrat, she denied it at first, but then relented, saying she'd taken a commercial flight to visit relatives. It was subsequently determined that the commercial flight was actually done by a chartered aircraft, upsetting Michiganders even more.  

It oozed out Wednesday that the flight was not actually done by a licensed charter operator, but by Air Eagle, LLC, which is owned by three Detroit businessmen. Now, all of the sudden, the plane's flight history gets sealed up? Could it be that Whitmer actually received the flight as a freebee from someone wanting to do business with the State of Michigan, and that it wasn't the first time she'd done it?  Wouldn't that be illegal?

A Western New York father was arrested and is facing jail time for refusing to wear a mask outside at his son's high school baseball game. Chad Hummel, a parent in Irondequoit, New York, is facing a criminal trespassing charge and 90 days in jail. Yes, this is Nazi America!

As it turns out, the number of sexually transmitted diseases shot up during the Covid-19 lock-downs. To make matters worse, many clinics which treated STD's had to shut down during the pandemic.  

It's bad enough that New Governor Cuomo was sending elderly Chinese Virus patients back into nursing homes without being tested, but it's even more shocking to hear that the hospital ship sent there by Trump and an emergency hospital set up at the Javits center were virtually empty.
