MOVE PENDING TO INVOKE THE 25TH AMENDMENT?

There’s a plan afoot to have Congress invoke a provision of the 25^th Amendment and assert that President Trump is unable to function as President, thereby handing the presidency to Mike Pence. 

COMMENTS:

Not only would such a move not get past the Supreme Court, but it would certainly throw this country into a civil war… and the way things are going right now, we’re damned close to that anyway. Buy more ammo.

A. It is already dying itself.  People who have been there for many years know that it will never again be what it once was.  The brilliant selection of commenters, hosts  and personalities, the tremendous and mostly unbiased reporting… they’re already gone.  They’ve now relegated themselves to being part of the “mainstream media.” 

Q. I just heard that FOX NEWS cutie Kimberly Guilfoyle is being considered for Press Secretary at the White House.  What’s wrong with Spicer and how do you think she’d do in the job?  (Dennis ~ Palo Alto, CA)

A. There have been too many gaffes, too many leaks, too many confused messages coming out of the White House communications team.  Part of that is Trump’s fault, but the biggest chunk of the blame belongs to Spicer.  As for Kimberly… she’s easy on the eyes and is well-spoken, but I think the ugly press would eat her alive.  I also think she’s much too smart to jump into the snake pit.   

Q. Any comment on Robert Mueller for Special Prosecutor? (Winifred ~ Lake Geneva, WI)  

A. Oh, he comes so highly recommended from both political parties.  So did James Comey.

DID OBAMA SPY ON SUPREME COURT?

FOX NEWS Legal Analyst Judge Anthony Napolitano says Judge Antonin Scalia told him that he suspected the Obama regime was spying on him and the Supreme Court.

We already know that the Obama Mafia was the most ruthless cesspool of corrupt and conniving idiots ever to assemble in any one city in the United States.  If they had the audacity to spy on the Senate, they surely would want to know what was going on with some of those major legal cases in the Supreme Court.

A. If there’s any substance to it at all and Comey did not reveal it, he’s guilty of a horrible breach of integrity and responsibility to the American people.  So, I think that’s all a fabrication, but then again… he’s proven himself to be a disappointing traitor to the legal profession anyway.

A. Believe it or not, and I never thought I’d see the day, but MSNBC is gaining on them every day by leaps and bounds.  Old man Murdoch has called an emergency meeting with his sons and staffers to address the issues.  I actually think the FOX NEWS empire is on its way out. Will someone please, please start a decent, objective, down-to-earth news channel?

A. Yep, that he did.  He says that they’re a bunch of deplorables because they’re fighting his huge increases in state gas taxes and car registration fees.  It’s going to be far less expensive for people to drive hundreds of miles to Nevada, Oregon or Arizona and fill up with gas than to do it in California.

Smart phone addicts behind the wheel are causing more and more accidents, according to a recent article in NEWSMAX magazine.  Costs facing insurance companies are outpacing revenues in many cases. 

COMMENTS:

It was bad enough when drivers where just taking calls.  Now, they’re also texting and playing games while combing their hair, putting on lipstick and driving 80 miles an hour in traffic.  Truth be known… they’re all Democrats and when they get into an accident, they’ll sue the car manufacturers.

A. Hell no.  They’re his by Executive Privilege.  They’re designed to be used in his Presidential library for historical purposes.  If everyone who goes and sits down with the president has to be afraid his conversations are going to end up on the front page of the NEW YORK TIMES, nobody will talk with him.  Now, if they can come with charges of some crime and a subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, that’s a giraffe of a different color.

A. There's growing evidence they are from North Korea.  But, I think they are right here in America.  They are Conservative Republicans who are conniving to bring down the Internet and crash all of the liberal Democrat-owned computers in the country.  They drive gas-guzzling cars and pollute everything on the face of the earth, while toting thousands of rounds of ammo and dozens of machine guns.  They’re nothing more than rabid animals trying to pretend that they’re decent, law-abiding human beings.  I say they should be prohibited from accessing the Internet, they should have their toenails removed and they should be placed in open cages on the streets of Washington so the Democrats can unite and spit pumpkin seeds on them.

A. It’s not new news.  Seth Rich was a staffer for the Democrat National Committee who got killed outside his apartment in Washington, DC.  They’ve just discovered that he had close contact with WikiLeaks and had sent them tons of emails and documents from the Clinton camp and DNC.  Now, follow this story; it is probably something much bigger than it sounds.

A YOUNG HERO: ABOUT THAT HUGE CYBERSECURITY HACK

The most recent cybersecurity attack which crippled medical computers around Europe has also infected business computers around the United States and the rest of the world.  The ransomware attack appeared well on its way in infecting computer systems of every type and across all kinds of demographics, but a 22-year-old computer researcher in Britain found a way to stop it.  The software used to install and operate the ransomware evidently contains code which amounts to a “kill” switch; he discovered it and found a way to activate it. 

COMMENTS:

Now, if he was a Republican or worked for Trump, the Democrats would want him tried for murder and the liberals in general would be calling his success “unfair.”  While the rest of the world is calling the kid a hero, it would be most politically correct to provide him with only a “participation” award.

A. It’s a good bargaining point.  Actually, the way they have degenerated in intellectual intelligence and veracity, I think they are a waste of the government’s money.  Spicer could observe that the sun is going to come up in the East tomorrow and one of them would print a story that Trump wants to change the order of the universe.  They’ve become so anal. 

Q. Mexico is threatening to do its trade with China if we get out of NAFTA.  Are they serious?  (Myron ~ Morgan City, LA)

A. About 80% of Mexico’s exports come to the United States.  There’s no way they are going to withdraw from that kind of a market, especially to deal with a country that can produce goods at a cost even lower than Mexico’s.  It’s an attempt at Trump-style bargaining rhetoric that’s patently absurd. 

Q. Do you really think Trump recorded his conversations with Comey?  (Penelope ~ Eugene, OR)

A. The liberal media and the Democrats are making such a big ludicrous deal out of this story.  Every Oval Office conversation is automatically recorded, whether on the phone or in person, for historical purposes.  But the media is “astonished.”  Here Trump is accusing Obama and his goons of recording him while he doesn’t hesitate to record the Director of the FBI?  Oh, my!  Please pass the gray poop on.

ABC CENSORS LAST MAN STANDING

Tim Allen is an avowed conservative.  Although his highly-rated show, LAST MAN STANDING, has been on the air for six years, ABC has unceremoniously decided to cancel the comedy.  Other shows, not doing nearly as well in the ratings, are being renewed. 

COMMENTS:

I keep saying… We are in a war for the soul of this country, and the longer we just shrug our shoulders and accept such activity by the liberal left the worse it is going to get.

A. The problem is that people like Trey Gowdy, Rudy Giuliani, Sheriff David Clarke or Chris Christie are all obviously Republicans, as qualified as they may be.  The job really should be filled by someone with absolutely no actual or perceived political agendas.  That’s why I like the name of Chuck Schumer.

A. I can see a new law firm emerging: Comey, Holder and Lynch.  The firm would be a shoe-in to consult for the 2020 Clinton Presidential Campaign.   

Q. Is it true that the Mormon Church is pulling out from its association with the Boy Scouts?  (Legrand ~ Maui, HI)

A. Not entirely.  They are pulling their U.S. and Canadian 14 year-olds and above out of Boy Scouts.  That’s somewhere around 160,000 in number.  Since the church is actively anti-gay, I’m surprised they’re not pulling out entirely, pardon the crude play on words.
