HOLDER FLIPS THE BIG ONE TO CONGRESS AND THE MEDIA

Attorney General Eric Holder has missed the deadline set by Republicans to personally explain questionable testimony he gave on reporter surveillance, as lawmakers threaten to subpoena him if necessary.  The testimony he gave that he didn’t know anything about the Justice investigation into the A.P. and James Rosen of FOX NEWS has already been proven to be false on the face of it.  Congress wants an explanation and had given Holder until close of business yesterday to do so.

COMMENTS:
So where do we go from here?  You should know, if you followed FAST & FURIOUS, that Congress will eventually issue a contempt citation and Obama will proclaim Executive Privilege and that will be the end of that, simply because the media is still deathly afraid of what might happen to them if they start raising hell over the issue.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Sarah Moynihan, the ten-year-old girl who desperately needs a lung transplant, has been denied even the elevation of her status to being considered as a 12-year-old-girl by Kathleen Sebelius, Director of Health & Human Services on the basis of “rules.”  What is your view on this issue?  (Denise ~ Morgan Hill, CA)
A. You should not be surprised.  Sebelius, as does everyone else in the Obama Administration, sees herself as above anyone else.  She not only makes the rules, she enforces them.  This is only a glimpse of what all of us can expect under ObamaCare.  I would also be willing to bet that the Moynihans are not Democrats; our healthcare will be used against those of us who don’t do what Obama wants, just as has the I.R.S. to target the enemy.  These people are all like robots, hell-bent on doing their master’s bidding; they have no compassion for anyone, period.  Thank God, late in the day yesterday, a Federal Judge intervened and allowed Sarah’s name to be put on the adult donor list.

Q. They have already announced they intend to sign on to the U.N. Arms Treaty, but now not until August.  Why?  (Laird ~ Reno, NV)
A. They figure Congress will not be in session, the furor over the ongoing scandals will be on hold, and that they’ll be able to get away with it without Senate approval.  They have several times made appointments during Congressional vacations in order to avoid the confirmation process; I am not certain that they can sign an international treaty that supersedes our Second Amendment without Senate approval, even if it’s done during Congressional recess.  There will be hell to pay if this sticks.

Q. So, forgetting the mistakes of the past and pressing on to the supposed greater achievements of the future, what kind of a National Security Advisor do you think Susan Rice will make?  (Erik ~ Broomfield, CO)
A. She’ll be totally ineffective.  She’s alienated the press, is not well-liked at the U.N., and isn’t going to get along with Congress one iota.  She has no background in the essentials of the job.  It’s perfectly obvious she got selected as a payback for her covering for Obama on the Benghazi Massacre.

CITIZENS ALERT: NATION MAY BE UNDER ATTACK

Locks leading to Boston’s public water supply have been hacked.

COMMENTS:
Officials say the drinking water does not appear to have been tampered with, however this is an ominous breach of security.  Terrorism takes many forms, the major one of which is the installation of fear.  Imagine where we will be in this country if we cannot trust our water supplies, if we lose our electricity and if we run out of natural gas.  We don’t know when or if such an attack might occur; this event could be the beginning, or a test.  Each and every one of us needs to keep our eyes open and to report any suspicious activities promptly to the authorities.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Rep. John McDermott is basically laying the blame for the I.R.S. scandal in the laps of the tea parties and conservative groups and is defending the administration saying a conspiracy does not exist.  What say you?  (Blaine ~ Leawood, KS)
A. These idiotic Democrats who continue to defend a President who has a ton of dirty laundry are so quick to lay their ignorance out on the table.  You have problems in the I.R.S., E.P.A., D.H.S., D.O.J., D.H.H.S., and over the Benghazi Massacre.  That’s more than half of the Executive Branch of government!  Don’t tell ME we don’t have a frickin’ conspiracy going on!

Q. France is saying they have confirmed sarin gas is being used in Syria.  What is the Omnipotent One going to do now?  (Li ~ San Francisco, CA)
A. Let France deal with the problem.

Q. Why are government employees using secret email accounts?  (Al ~ Las Vegas, NV)
A. Look at it this way: Congress or some other agency, like Justice, might decide to investigate you as a government employee.  That would include grabbing email records.  Now, if you are doing nothing wrong and intend to do no wrong, who cares?  But, if you are doing something or scheming to do something that is illegal, you don’t want the Feds to find out should they grab your emails.  So, you set up email accounts they don’t know about.

WHITE HOUSE GOES AFTER ISSA

The White House has ordered an intensive smear campaign against House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa according to NEWSMAX.  In an effort to make Issa the villain instead of Obama, the White House is dragging out old, unproven charges from over 40 years ago, many of which were summarily dropped; White House minions are portraying those charges as being a valid reason for not listening to what Issa’s committee has to say about the growing scandals in Washington.

COMMENTS:
How does any proffered wrong doing by Issa 40 years ago mitigate the Benghazi Massacre or the I.R.S. scandals of 2010 thru 2012?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. How do you feel about Frank Lautenberg’s death and who do you think Chris Christi will appoint to replace him?  (Travis ~ Martinez, CA)
A. He was a radical, left-wing liberal.  Although Christi is Republican, don’t look for him to name a right-wing conservative to the post.  People from New Jersey belong on another planet.

Q. They keep saying that the IRS targeting of conservatives was ordered by Washington as if that were some big surprise.  I want to know if it came from the White House.  (Jake ~ Laramie WY)
A. Here are two clues: (1) the former head of the IRS visited the White House more than any other cabinet-level or senior Administration official from 2010 thru 2012, and (2) Both the White House and the IRS are now clamping down and refusing to provide any more documentation regarding the scandal.

Q. Are U.S. treasury bonds a good investment? (Evelia ~ Las Vegas, NV)
A. Not according to Bank of America, which is saying that the U.S. Treasury bond market could tank at any moment?  The bank is bullish on U.S, European and Japanese banks, along with equities from emerging markets such as Brazil, China, India, Turkey and Russia.

HOW POLITICS WORK: BILL CLINTON VS. BARACK OBAMA

FOX NEWS is reporting that Bill Clinton is less than enthralled with Barack Obama’s performance as president.  Going into the 2012 election, Clinton reportedly said: "I have no relationship with the president – none whatsoever. Obama doesn’t know how to be president. He doesn’t know how the world works. He’s incompetent. He’s amateur!”  Nevertheless, Obama threatened the Clintons that he would not support Hillary for her run in 2016 unless Bill endorsed Barack for s second term.

COMMENTS:
Now you know how dirty politics can be.  The Clintons will obviously not hesitate to trade their disgust of Obama for his endorsement.  Keep this in mind:  The Clintons are no more patriotic Americans than Alexander Hamilton or John Wilkes Booth; they would sell their souls for power. In looking at their past histories, I have to add: Maybe they already have.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I understand the I.R.S. spent $50 million on 220 conferences between 2010 and 2012.  This seems to be another GSA debacle.  (Myrna ~ Nampa, ID)
A. In their defense, as much as I hate to take this position, I have to say they are facing a whole bunch of new regs and constantly changing procedures with the advent of taking over collection and enforcement of ObamaCare.  You get involved in air fare costs, lodging and per diem for these conferences.  While I think this could have been trimmed down to 100 conferences at a cost of $20 million, I have no axe to grind here.  The meat of our problems is in bigger things.

Q. I have heard before that Janet Napolitano and the DHS cannot locate 266 illegals who pose a national security threat.  What are we doing about it?  (LeRoy ~ Grass Valley, VCA)
A. Nothing.  Absolutely nothing. Sleep well tonight?

Q. How do you feel about the growing push to force Holder out?  (Elvira ~ Altadena, CA)
A. He does have to go.  I am concerned, however, that a big push to force him out immediately will give cause to the liberal left to say, “Okay, so now you have your blood, leave the rest of these issues alone.”  In other words, having a sacrificial lamb immediately may work to stop any further investigation into Benghazi, the I.R.S. Fast & Furious, the E.P.A. or the D.H.S. The way things are going, we may be able to solve the national unemployment problem simply be hiring enough special prosecutors to deal with all of the scandals.

YES, ANOTHER SCANDAL! THIS TIME: DHHS

Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius is now under Congressional scrutiny for alleged illegal and unethical acts.  It turns out she was evidently “shaking down” healthcare providers, insurance companies and other companies DHHS oversees to provide additional funding for ObamaCare.  According to NEWSMAX, Sebelius has, just since March, solicited donations on behalf of Enroll America, which is made up of Obama campaign loyalists seeking to boost insurance exchange enrollments, from H&R Block and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, which supports anti-obesity and other health outreach campaigns. H&R Block hasn't donated, but the Foundation donated a total of H&R Block has yet to respond to the appeal, but the foundation has donated a total of $14 million.

COMMENTS:

I wonder if Obama and his Lieutenants can run the country from a Federal Prison?  ENOUGH, ALREADY!

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. I cannot understand why some of the media is trying to lay the blame on the victims of these scandals, as if the A.P. is the bad guy, or the Tea Parties are the bad guys. (Gordo ~ Fort Morgan, CO)
A. Because they have been mandated by Obama and his goon squads to protect him and they’re afraid themselves that the I.R.S. or Justice Department will target them if they don’t comply.

Q. I understand the soldier involved in the WikiLeaks scandal goes on trial next week.  What do you think will happen?  (Jennifer ~ Cody, WY)
A. He’ll be found guilty.  The Administration will pull out all of the stops to stick his fanny in jail; they’re desperately trying to save some face.  I wish the guys were still at it; maybe we’d know what the Benghazi cover-up is all about by now.

Q. I hear those complaints about FEMA again and the inevitable answer that Sequestration cut their funding so they don’t have enough people.  What’s your reaction?  (Ford ~ Oxnard, CA)
A. FEMA has been its own disaster for years before Sequestration came along.  Maybe if they’d spend less money buying and drying up the nation’s ammunition supply and more money hiring and training qualified personnel, they wouldn’t have these problems.

OBAMA WILL SIGN U.N. GUN CONTROL TREATY MONDAY!

In direct contradiction to Congressional mandates and in direct confrontation with the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, President Barack Hussein Obama will sign a U.N. arms control agreement Monday.  This treaty is ostensibly aimed at putting an end to gun trafficking across international boundaries, and both Breitbart News and the NRA have argued that it will eventually require an international gun registry in order to be enforceable.  The ATT,(Arms Trade Treaty),  also provides the Executive Branch of our government with broad, unconstitutional powers for controlling which guns do and don’t come into the country and includes ambiguous language that a gun-control-friendly administration can twist anyway it wants.

COMMENTS:
While this will still require a 2/3 majority vote in the Senate to ratify the treaty, Obama intends to have 2/3 Democratic majority in the Senate after the 2014 election.  He is also visibly sticking your Second Amendment Rights straight up your fanny.  This activity is…is, I will repeat, an act bordering if not qualifying as treasonous and directly violates his oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States.   May God Damn this President!

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. The California Senate has passed outrageous legislation that will require background checks and a registry that tracks who passes and who fails in order to issue permits to gun owners who plan to buy ammunition; ammunition purchasers will have to pay $50 to the State.  SB 567 will change the definition of certain types of shotgun so that they can be classified as “assault weapons.”  SB 374 will ban detachable rifle magazines.  SB 396 makes it a crime to own or sell magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.  BS 755 will ban former alcoholics and drug addicts from owning a gun — for 10 years.  What do you think?  (Lynda ~ Kent, WA)
A. One word: Oppression.  Every one of the bastards needs to be removed, and I’m being polite.

Q. The Russians are going to arm Syria with some missiles and Assad is hollering that he will win the battle and that if Israel ever attempts to stop his import of dangerous weapons again, he will retaliate.  Where is this going?  (Kurt ~ San Leandro, CA)
A. There is every indication that the tide has turned in Assad’s favor. The opposition has fallen into some state of disarray with different factions arguing over the conduct of the war and who will have power if they win.  There are also reports that Assad has again used chemical weapons. We need to put this in its proper and sad context: the Nobel Peace Prize Committee asked Obama to return his medal and he has refused.  Obviously, Obama doesn’t want to give it up, so I don’t look for him to do anything with Assad, regardless of the circumstances.

Q. How do you feel about that asteroid that almost wiped out all life on earth?  (Jolie ~ Burney, CA)
A. Whew!  Maybe we’d better get control of this planet? The Gods evidently don't like Obama...
