GOD GETS REVENGE!

The furor over the “God is out, God is in” maneuvers by the Democratic Party have not only been dominating the airwaves, churches across the country have been rising up and shaking their fists at the Democratic debacle of all time.  The Democrats first dumped God-given rights from their platform, thereby totally eliminating the word God from their entire liturgy of beliefs for the first time in history, but when the flack hit and Obama realized the party had made a strategic mistake, they decided to retrench; they added God and Jerusalem back into the equation.  But, in the amendment process, the shouts of “no” clearly outweighed the shouts of “yes” and thereby sealed the deal.  Plain and simple, the majority of Democrats do not like God or Jerusalem and the Christian-Judeo community…The very essence of our nation is madder than Kenya about it. 

COMMENTS:

Obama got his wish: they’re not talking about government building your business anymore.  How can you stomach looking at bunch of Godless Democrats and voting for them?

Q. Don’t you think you are overacting on this “God” thing? They made a mistake; so what?  (Cornelius ~ San Francisco, CA)

A. Wow, are you in the dark. If you think the decision to remove God and Jerusalem from the Democratic platform was decided by a couple of guys in the back room, you’ve got another thing coming.  They debated this to no end and even called the White House to have them weigh in.  I have to believe Obama was in on it and supported it; especially since they also removed any party support for Jerusalem being the capital of Israel at the time; Obama has no love for Israel, as we well know.  Then, they deliberately covered it up and didn’t talk about it for fear of a backlash.  When the news leaked out, like all bad farts eventually do, and the Americans got into an uproar, they again tried to cover it up by suggesting that Obama had never read the platform.  The voice votes they had clearly spelled out the party sentiment; “Democrats against God.”  This was no simple mistake; this was a very calculated risk, made because they deny God and they want to get that fact on the table.  And the chair of that famous session with the phony vote, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, says that Obama has voiced 100% support of the way he handled it, and that settles it. And I say, “Bullshit.  This is not going to be over until long, long after the fat lady sings.”  This is now about God vs. atheism.    

Q. Obama wants to raise the minimum wage.  I mean, how dumb can you get?  That’ll just make businesses and firms lay off more people.  What we need right now is jobs, not job killers.  (Christine ~ Barstow, CA)

A. I agree.  More and more businesses have been failing.  The pre-2009 bankruptcy rate was averaging around 825,000 per year.  Bankruptcy rates in 2009, 2010, 2011 and so far in 2012 have consistently been twice that. 

Q. Now I hear that Romney has changed his mind about repealing ObamaCare?  (Elroy ~ Seattle, WA)

A. No, that’s not true.  He’s committed to repealing ObamaCare, but there are parts of the bill he would like to retain and work into a new law to contain medical costs.  For example, he would like to keep the provision that companies must issue policies even if there are pre-existing conditions, and to allow children to be insured on their parent’s policy even after the age of 26. Both would be good moves.

CBO: HERE COMES ANOTHER BIG, BIG RECESSION

Unreported the last week or so, over $500 billion in tax hikes and budget cuts are scheduled to hit the nation in January due to a forced budget deal made last year.  Now, the Congressional Budget Office is warning of a steep and deep recession unless legislation is passed immediately to avert the crisis.  The gloomy forecast is due in part to a decision by Congress to steepen the fiscal cliff by extending a temporary payroll tax break and emergency unemployment benefits, which are now also set to expire in January. Finally, analysts have concluded that the underlying economy is much weaker than previously predicted.

COMMENTS:

And just what do you think the odds are of either party being willing to deal with this issue before the November elections?  And after the elections, in a lame duck session, what are the odds that they will once again kick our disastrous financial situation down the road again?  Let’s not wait to find out; let’s just clean houses in November and get rid of every damned one of them, Democrat and Republican alike.  Let’s start with a fresh, untainted Congress in January.

A. Because he doesn’t care about his fellow Democrats; if he’s reelected, he’ll be the High Potentate by mandate and Congress won’t be necessary.  As for the promises, you already know the answer.  I’m sorry, but he is the worst President ever elected in this country, and probably most others. Most others at least believe in God. 

Q. After the Democrats decided to remove the push for Jerusalem as being the bona fide capital of Israel, how do we even stand a chance of successfully supporting them against Iran?  (Abe ~ Las Vegas, NV)

A. Our relations with Israel are already in the toilet, thanks to Obama.  And, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers says that Netanyahu is at his “wit’s end” over Obama’s refusal to define a point at which the U.S. might take action against Iran.  "Right now the Israelis don't believe that this administration is serious when they say all options are on the table, and more importantly neither do the Iranians."  The situation becomes more ominous everyday as more news comes that U.S. intelligence about the actual Iranian progress on nukes is either flawed or being misrepresented to the world.  Frankly, if we end up in World War III due to Obama’s bone-headed refusal to deal with this issue, I’ll be madder than hell. 

Q. Is Obama going to try and silence Matt Bissonnette, who wrote the book about the real inside story on the Osama assassination? (The Colonel ~ San Antonio, TX)

A. The Pentagon claims that Bissonnette signed a secrecy agreement, although it has yet to be released.  Obama is absolutely livid because it discloses information about him and Biden that is not exactly flattering.  Obama, well-known for White House leaks of classified information, contends that the book contains… classified information.

GOD BE DAMNED!

Even as Obama spoke, thousands of disgruntled and disenfranchised Democrats were leaving Charlotte, either because they couldn’t get a seat Thursday night or because they were ticked off over the “God” issue.  Some of them were ticked off because “God” had originally been removed from the platform, and some of them were ticked off because “God” had been added back in.  But a hoard of devout believers in God, about half of them Black, are deserting the Obama bandwagon and switching to Romney because they are outraged over the issue.

COMMENTS:

Gosh, you’d think the big news of the day would be Obama’s speech.  Evidently, some Americans actually think more of God than they do of Obama or the Democrats.  That’s astonishing, isn’t it?  Finally, the message comes home: Obama and his cronies have been holding themselves above God and they just got a nasty wake-up call.  Enough of this cavalier attitude toward real American values and beliefs is enough, don’t you agree?  Those of us Christians and Jews who believe in God are madder than hell over this.

A. Shhhh.  Shut your mouth!  That’s almost… almost… blasphemy. 

Q. Do you think John Boehner will ever stand up to Barack Obama?  (Crystal ~ La Mesa, CA)

A. Here’s something even I didn’t know.  When the big argument between the House Republicans and Obama was going on last year over the debt issue, Boehner and Obama were at the very precipice of a deal.  But, Obama wasn’t satisfied and he pressed Boehner that part of the final deal had to include a tax increase.  Obama called Boehner several times and Boehner refused to return the calls.  When he finally did, he told Obama all deals were off.  Obama went into a blind and very angry rage, and even the White House mice left the premises. 

Q. Obama called on virtually every known Democrat to come to the convention and testify for him.  Where was Al Gore?  (Boris ~ Kansas City, KS)

A. Al is ticked that Obama hasn’t pushed harder for laws to force Americans onto green energy projects.  Evidently, Obama won’t even take his calls, so Gore decided he wouldn’t be within a thousand miles of Charlotte.  On Burney Mountain, we call this a “snit.”

NOW IT'S GOD'S FAULT?

Late Wednesday afternoon, the Democratic National Convention in a controversial voice vote amended the party platform to reinstate the word “God” and the acceptance of Jerusalem as the legitimate capital of Israel.  The voice vote, taken three times before the chair announced a decision, was clearly at least a tie and to many observers was against the amendment.  Yesterday, in a FOX interview by Martha MacCallum, Stephanie Cutter, who is Obama’s Deputy Campaign Manager, alleged that no one knows who took out, or was responsible for taking out, God and Jerusalem in the first place; she further had the audacity to suggest that Barack Obama had never read the party platform. 

COMMENTS:

As Ronald Reagan would say, “There they go again.”  Show me a Presidential candidate who has not read his party’s platform and I’ll show you the dumbest s.o.b. on the face of the Earth.  But, in the final analysis, it doesn’t really matter who is to blame, they adequately made their case that they are a Godless political party and totally against Israel.  If this isn’t the epitome of Socialism and Marxism, what is?  And, if you’re a God-fearing American, how can you dare to turn your back on Him by voting for any Democrat for any office, let alone Barack Hussein Obama for President of the United States, one nation that has always been under God?

Q. Bill Clinton has spoken out against Barack Obama in the recent past.  Why did he now take to the podium in such ardent support of Obama?  (Lance ~ Bullhead City, AZ)

A. Well, I’m glad you asked.  There is no love on the part of Billy for Barry.  However, Hillary wants another run at the Presidency in 2016; 2020 will be too late for her.  If there is a Republican administration in power, and if Romney is getting favorable ratings, the possibility of Hillary mounting a successful Presidential campaign is vastly problematic.  Hence, Bill had to support Barack in the hopes that Hillary can win in 2016.  Never mind what damage this could do to the country; politics is just a rotten, dirty game. 

Q. Susanne Barr, the former Chief of Staff for ICE under DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, quit after being accused of sexual discrimination against men; she was quick to suggest that charges against her were “trumped up.”  Now what happens?  (Myra ~ Dallas, TX)

A. A lawsuit against Janet Napolitano was brought by James Hayes earlier in the year.  The government is now quietly trying to settle the case out of court, but another agent has recently filed suit against Napolitano.  Sunil Walia claims he was yanked from his post interviewing suspicious travelers at JFK Airport after making a series of employment-discrimination complaints; there has been a surge in retaliation complaints by ICE workers since President Obama put Napolitano in charge of the DHS, which oversees ICE.  It never ceases to amaze me how the real culprits in this Administration, the Holders and Napolitano’s of the world, continue to skate.  I guess you would call it “crony liberalism.” 

Q. What’s this about Romney’s tax records being stolen?  (Lyman ~ Ogden, UT)

A. The Secret Service is investigating the alleged theft of copies of Romney's federal tax records before 2010.  An anonymous letter sent to Tennessee political and newspaper offices demanded $1 million to prevent their disclosure.  The letter reportedly says the returns were stolen in late August during a Watergate-style break-in at the offices of Price-Waterhouse-Coopers in Franklin, Tennessee.

GOD GETS A SECOND CHANCE?

Day two of the Democratic National Convention got off to a rocky start as an amendment hit the floor to re-insert the word “God” and support of Jerusalem as the true capital of Israel back into the party platform from which they had been shamefully removed.  Obama earlier dismissed the outcry as being manufactured by the Republican Party and portrayed the removals as being no big deal.  The convention chairman, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, called for a voice vote which sounded evenly divided.  He called for a second voice vote which sounded as if the delegates were voting down the new amendment.  So, he called for a third voice vote which was more clearly a “nay,” then declared the amendment passed by a two-thirds majority which created a loud outcry.  As of blogging post time, there were requests for a roll-call vote and no response from the chair.  (Late in the day, Obama released word that he was the one who finally intervened and asked for the amendment; that probably seals the deal and no role call vote will be held).   

COMMENTS:

Regardless of how this story ends, it is clear that the majority of Democrats, including our illustrious President, do not want the words “God” or “Jerusalem” mentioned in the official party platform.  We obviously now have a Godless political party in charge of the nation.  Certainly, the bell is ringing loudly, asking the nation to vote every damned one of them out, out, out. Christians and Jews, unite and let's get the job done!

Q. Why did they decide to move Thursday’s DNC from the football stadium bank into the convention hall?  They made such a big deal out of wanting the big crowd for Obama’s speech.  (Terry ~ Glendale, CA)

A. There are three potential reasons: (1) the weather and threat of lightening storms; (2) they couldn’t give away enough tickets to fill the seats, or (3) they're afraid God might take revenge.  They say it’s (1), but the fact is that they had already decided to re-arrange staging to take away 10,000 seats that would otherwise be empty.  Even so, they were having trouble filling the remaining 64,000 seats.  That having been said, it would be unwise to have people in the stadium if there was lightening around.  You and I already know that God did not have a hand in this since, according to them, He doesn’t exist. 

Q. Not only is Iran increasing its refined uranium production, but they have moved their facilities to hardened underground facilities impenetrable except by bunker buster bombs the Israelis don’t have.  Isn’t this a bad mistake by the Obama administration?  (Claude ~ Tucson, AZ)

A. Yes.  However, to be fair, Bush hollered for a year that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction before finally invading and, of course, by the time we got there all of those WMD’s were gone. 

Q. What’s the ruckus about Sandra Fluke again?  (Hortencia ~ National City, CA)

A. Sandra believes she is entitled to free birth control pills under ObamaCare while she goes to college.  You and I, of course, will then be paying taxes so she can enjoy her sexual escapades.  She has now added that she believes ObamaCare should pay for sex-change operations.  Obama has decided to make her the centerpiece of his platform and the convention. Dear God, what have we done to ourselves?
