HAS MUELLER WIRED TRUMP'S BEDROOM?

The word oozing out of the slime-ball Special Counselor's office yesterday was that the feds not only broke into Michael Cohen's (Trump's personal attorney) office, but that they also wiretapped some of his conversations with President Trump.  This means to me that nothing that is said in the White House or the President's living quarters is protected from surveillance.  After all, Melania speaks fluent English, Italian, German, Serbo-Croatian, Slovene and French; she's from Slovenia, all of which adds up to her being an ideal candidate for being a conduit between President Trump and Vladimir Putin.  So, why wouldn't Mueller wire their bedroom?

(NOTE: After this post was written, NBC said it had its facts wrong, that Mueller's team was only recording time-of-day and numbers called by Cohen.  That is a possibility, but it doesn't make sense to me; Mueller's team could get access to that information at any time from the NSA or telephone companies involved.  So, with this caveat, I'm sticking to the story as above written.)

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz investigated whether the DOJ and/or FBI deleted text messages between bureau officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, according to GOP sources who have spoken with members of the IG's team.  If that turns out to be the case, Comey, McCabe and Wray should grab some toilet tissue, because they're are on their way to the can for tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice.

Congress has been having little, if any, luck at getting documents from the FBI and DOJ, although it has Constitutional oversight of both agencies.  Now, President Trump is threatening both agencies that he'll get involved unless they cooperate.  He could start by closing down both agencies entirely and turning their functions over to Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Baily's Circus...

If the Boy Scouts of America so desperately want to be politically correct, why don't they simply change their name to "Weenies USA?"

Seattle is telling businesses there to either fork over 26 cents per hour per employee to support the homeless in the streets or to pack up and get out.  That will cost Amazon.com alone over $20 million a year.  Look for them to shut down their huge expansion project and move to Boise.  And, look for Starbucks to move to Pocatello.

Mueller has 49 questions for Trump.  Why 49?  Why not 50?  With 17 other lawyers on this investigation committee, you'd certainly think they could have drummed up just one more question.  I don't think we're getting our money's worth here... Oh, and by the way, the DOJ says we have no right to know what the authorized scope of the investigation really is because... the question pertains to an ongoing investigation.  Talk about the tail chasing the dog...

Kathy Griffin belongs in a mental institution, but they haven't found one willing to take her yet.

TODAY'S QUOTE:
The governments of the present day have to deal not merely with other governments, with emperors, kings and ministers, but also with the secret societies which have everywhere their unscrupulous agents, and can at the last moment upset all the governments' plans.
