REPUBLICANS ENDORSE AMNESTY

The Republican-led House of Representatives quietly inserted a provision into the pending omnibus bill that would grant social security benefits to illegal aliens.  They have also NOT included any provision to defund the implementation of Obama’s amnesty program.

COMMENTS:
Why in the hell are the Republicans willing to crap on the dinner plates of the Americans who just elected a whole bunch of new Republicans to give them the majority?  We want this bull to stop and we want the damned Republicans to do their jobs. They're committing political suicide.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. We all know Gruber was on the government payroll.  Why is he being so secretive as to where he got paid from and in what amounts?  (Jenifer ~ Goleta, CA)
A. We can certainly surmise he got some money from DHHS and probably some from one of Pelosi’s House Committees.  But, what if some of his money came from the White House?  We know he was a frequent visitor there during that time period.  What if his testimony provided a link from Obama to the lies and fraud of ObamaCare?  What if he got a call from Valerie Jarrett telling him he’d better shut his yap and fall on his own sword… or else?  I still believe that when the heat gets hot enough, he’ll sing like a canary.

Q. You have indicated you were not in favor of release of the Congressional Report on the C.I.A.  Does that mean you believe in the use of torture to gain information?  (Stephen ~ Moses Lake, WA)
A. Supposing your wife was brutally raped and murdered and your children were also killed.  The next morning, you have a voice mail filled with laughter and a voice telling you that your mom and dad are next on the list.  You know that your neighbor across the street has information regarding who did these things, but he’s not talking.  Your mom and dad get brutally killed and you get another voice mail filled with laughter and a threat against your sister.  There were 3,000 moms, dads, wives, children, brothers and sisters killed on 9/11.  Are you suggesting that you would not allow waterboarding under these circumstances?

Q. They say over 58% of Americans want ObamaCare repealed.  Do you think it will happen?  (Bernadette ~ Duluth, MN)
A. It’s that kind of thinking that Johnathan Gruber was worried about.  I think a repeal could be passed in both houses of Congress.  The question arises as to what will happen after Obama vetoes the bill.  They need 67 Senate members, (two-thirds), to override the veto.  I think the House could easily override it.  But it’s a 54-46 Republican majority in the Senate, meaning 13 Democrats would have to vote to override the veto. If that were to occur, Harry Reid would certainly get rid of his constipation.

DUMBEST MOVE OF THE YEAR, AND OBAMA DIDN’T MAKE IT

Police Chief Norm Jacobs of Beloit, Wisconsin is requesting citizens should volunteer to let his officers search their homes for guns.  Jacobs admits his notion that residents should request a visit by officers to inspect their homes for unknown guns that may be in the household has generated a lot of reaction, and not of the positive variety.

COMMENTS:
Here’s another example of how left-wing Democrats just never seem to use their brains to reason things through. Is an illegal gun owner going to call them?  Is a thug/criminal going to call them?  I suppose that if I called them and they searched my house, but my neighbor refused to call them, they might conjecture that my neighbor had something to hide.  So, while cops are out on these wild-good-chase searches, the shootings that have been going on in town can continue unabated.  The way this guy thinks, he could well become the next Attorney General of the United States.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. One thing we never hear about anymore is the Fukushima Nuclear Plant in Japan.  What’s been going on with it lately?  (Norris ~ Garland, TX)
A. They’ve had a continuing problem with radioactive water leaching into the Pacific Ocean.  Plan A was to use pipes to freeze the water in the trench to create a plug, which would allow the water to be pumped out; that didn’t work. Plan B was along the same lines, to dump dry ice into the trench along with the freezing pipes… that failed again, probably because they tried it in the August heat.  Plan C… same as above, but add grout and concrete to plug the remaining holes.  That also has failed.  Now comes Plan D: They’ll fill the trench with cement and pump out the water as the cement goes in; the odds of that succeeding are, in my considered opinion, slim and none.  In the meantime, we have two problems: (1) radioactive water is still literally pouring into the Pacific Ocean and (2) the children are showing signs of cesium contamination.  The whole disaster continues as the world, oblivious to the implications, goes blindly forward.  In other words, the whole world has its head up its ass regarding this calamity.

Q. The lawsuit that the 17 Governors filed against Obama: you say it’ll take years to work its way through the courts, but the Governors are saying it could stop his Executive Order on amnesty dead in its tracks.  Can you elaborate?  (Lorie ~ San Ramon, CA)
A. The lawsuit also asks for an injunction to prevent the implementation of his E.O.  To prevail on a motion for preliminary injunction, a plaintiff must establish four things: 1) that he is likely to succeed on the merits; 2) that he is likely to suffer irreparable harm without preliminary relief; 3) that the balance of equities are in his favor; and 4) that an injunction is in the public interest.  I’m not optimistic that a Federal Judge will rule in the Governors’ favor.  I think the Judge will require the E.O. to be implemented and then for the Governor’s to show how it is causing “irreparable harm.”

Q. Do you believe Ann Compton’s claims that Obama angrily cursed at reporters over their coverage of his multitude of scandals?  (Candie ~ Fairfield, CA)
A. Yes, I do.  Obama is said by many to have an ugly mouth when he gets angry.  This is a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the Hitler he would choose to be.  And, like Hitler, he most assuredly wants full and complete control over the press; he wants them to be his propaganda machine.

OPEN WAR ON NYPD COPS

A group calling itself the Black Guerilla Family has declared open season on cops in the New York Police Department.  Members of the gang, formed in the 1960s in the California prison system, are prepared to start shooting on-duty NYPD officers as the result of a Grand Jury refusal to issue indictments in the Eric Garner choking case.
.
COMMENTS:
The proper response is, of course, to quit providing police protection, quit answering calls for help or assistance in the Black communities.  They’re the ones with all of the illegal guns in this country; what do they need cops for anyway?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Diane Feinstein’s Senate Intelligence Committee is going to release the results of a CIA review.  Everyone, on both side of the aisle, is complaining that our secrets are going to be hung out on the dirty laundry line for the world to see; they claim this release could endanger our national security, our intelligence gathering and the lives of some of those in the CIA.  You were in the military.  What is your opinion?  Aren’t we entitled to know what is going on with the CIA?  (Lou ~ Mesquite, NV)
A. If we’re entitled to know the national intelligence secrets, why doesn’t the administration come clean on Fast & Furious, Benghazi, the I.R.S., the D.O.J., the E.P.A., and the litany of other things they refuse to tell us about?  This release of highly sensitive material is obviously designed for one reason: political.  It is the worst breech of our nation’s security I can possible imagine.  But not to worry; those Democrat elitists do know what’s best for us, don’t they?  They’re so cool.

Q. I’m glad to see they are going to question Jonathan Gruber, the king of “American stupidity.”  What do you think he is going to say?  ~Warren ~ Lincoln, CA)
A. I think he just might sing like a canary.  Most braggadocios and “holier-than-thou” dudes crumble like a piece of tissue paper when under intense questioning.  I don’t know how he can possibly defend his position.  And I hope the interrogators get to the question of who hired him to do the job and whether or not he was tutored by president Obama.  Scratch that… Obama would NEVER think Americans are stupid, would he?

Q. I hear the military morale is low.  What have they got to complain about?  They make damned good money and benefits.  (Orson ~ Taos, NM)
A. Obviously, you’re upset because you weren’t able to pass the intelligence test with a high enough score to get in.  You, sir, have just displayed the most profound ignorance on the face of the earth; but, thanks to the military, you have the freedom to say what you have said.

CHINA HAS WORLD’S BEST ECONOMY

Recent data published by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) shows that China's economy has surpassed the United States as the world's biggest.

COMMENTS:
Thank you so much again, Barack.  You’re so cool.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. It seems to me Obama has not done that much to improve race relations in this country.  It seems to me that all he has done is to divide the country on every issue imaginable, including race.  (Zeke ~ Arlington, WA)
A. Very well said.  Ask yourself this:  with as many Blacks as there are without a job in this country, why has Obama given amnesty and work permits to well over 4 million more who also want those jobs?  To me, he just slapped Backs smack dab in the face… badly.  I doubt they will admit it.

Q. Should Hillary bow out for some reason, who do you think the Democrats will put up for President in 2016?  (Fillie ~ Bozeman, MT)
A. It’ll be a tossup between Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Michelle Obama.

Q. Michael Brown had a lengthy arrest record before the shooting in Ferguson.  What about Eric Garner?  (Will ~ Sacramento, CA)
A. He had history of more than 30 arrests dating back to 1980, on charges including assault and grand larceny.  At the time of the take-down, he was out on bail after being charged with illegally selling cigarettes, driving without a license, marijuana possession and false impersonation.  Brown and Garner are the type of people Blacks seem to be looking up to and willing to burn, loot and plunder for in order to support and martyr them.

$300 MILLION OBAMA COVER-UP

Senior officials at the Social Security Administration (SSA) tried to hide a damning report on a $300 million computer system that lawmakers have called a “boondoggle” in order to protect president Obama’s nominee to lead the agency, according to a whistleblower. The whistleblower, Michael Keegan, said the agency has spent the money over a six year period for a new computer system that has yet to launch. Senior officials decided to sit on the report pending the confirmation of Obama’s pick to lead the agency, Carolyn Colvin.  Colvin is alleged to have knowledge of the cover-up; she had not yet been confirmed.

COMMENTS:
Doesn’t it make you sick, every time you pick up a newspaper, turn on the TV or read this bog? I don’t know about you, but I ran out of Tums a long time ago.  The next thing you know, we’re going to hear that all of the parking meter collections in Washington have been going to Obama’s golf caddie.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I hear that Obama’s golfing buddy is under investigation for fraud? (Dirk ~ Mesa, AZ)
A. Dr. Eric Whitaker met Obama as a grad student at Harvard.  Since then, they have been asshole buddies, (feel free to take that literally if you choose).  Federal prosecutors asked a judge to declare the Whitaker a "hostile witness" in an ugly taxpayer grant scandal. Another close Whitaker associate, Chicago businessman Leon Dingle Jr., is on trial for filching $3 million in state taxpayer grants for vacation homes and fancy cars. The feds say the scheme also benefited Whitaker on at least three occasions, but scandal-magnet Whitaker has not been charged with any crimes. Whitaker is also said to have close ties to Chicago hood Tony Rezko, as does Obama.

Q. What are the real responsibilities of a journalist?  Or, are they free to write whatever they want about whatever they want?  (Bobbie ~ Las Vegas, NV)
A. Although rarely followed in 2014, this is the Journalist’s Creed:

I believe in the profession of journalism.  I believe that the public journal is a public trust; that all connected with it are, to the full measure of responsibility, trustees for the public; that all acceptance of lesser service than the public service is a betrayal of this trust.  I believe that clear thinking, clear statement, accuracy and fairness are fundamental to good journalism.  I believe that a journalist should write only what he holds in his heart to be true.  I believe that suppression of the news, for any consideration other than the welfare of society, is indefensible.  I believe that no one should write as a journalist what he would not say as a gentleman; that bribery by one's own pocket book is as much to be avoided as bribery by the pocketbook of another; that individual responsibility may not be escaped by pleading another's instructions or another's dividends.  I believe that advertising, news and editorial columns should alike serve the best interests of readers; that a single standard of helpful truth and cleanness should prevail for all; that supreme test of good journalism is the measure of its public service.  I believe that the journalism which succeeds the best-and best deserves success-fears God and honors man; is stoutly independent; unmoved by pride of opinion or greed of power; constructive, tolerant but never careless, self-controlled, patient, always respectful of its readers but always unafraid, is quickly indignant at injustice; is unswayed by the appeal of the privilege or the clamor of the mob; seeks to give every man a chance, and as far as law, an honest wage and recognition of human brotherhood can make it so, an equal chance; is profoundly patriotic while sincerely promoting international good will and cementing world-comradeship, is a journalism of humanity, of and for today's world.

Q. What do you think the government will do when Social Security runs broke?  (Eunice ~ Concord, CA)
A. It would be political suicide for anyone to suggest that recipients should no longer be paid.  And although the reason the fund is running dry is that government pilfered the money, they’re going to raise taxes and make those of us who paid into the fund all of our lives… pay for it again.  Then, once the fund gets replenished, they’ll do it all over again.
