ISIS CLAIMS THEY HAVE NUKE

BREITBART.COM reported yesterday Islamic State terrorists are now claiming on social media that they have a “dirty bomb.”  They claim to have stolen 40 kg of uranium from Mosul University after taking control of that city.  "These nuclear materials, despite the limited amounts mentioned, can enable terrorist groups, with the availability of the required expertise, to use it separate or in combination with other materials in its terrorist acts," said Mohamed Ali Alhakim, the UN’s Ambassador to Iraq.

A. The University of Texas at Austin is missing about 100 brains – about half of the specimens the university had in a collection of brains preserved in jars of formaldehyde.  I guess the Democrats are more desperate than we thought…

A. Yes, at least once.  In 2007, he matched with them in Selma, Alabama.  Photographs, captured from a Flickr photo-sharing account before it was scrubbed, are the latest evidence of the mainstream media’s failure to examine Obama’s extremist ties and radical roots.  In Philadelphia during the 2008 election, members of the Black Panther Party intimidated white voters and were charged, but Eric Holder later blocked prosecution.  Great deals of Obama’s radical past and stories about his associations have been successfully removed from the Internet.

A. Sashia and Malia attended a White House Thanksgiving event, (the pardoning of the turkey), and a Congressional Aid, Elizabeth Lauten, wrote a Facebook-post criticizing their behavior; the post went viral.  The Obama’s raised holy hell and Lauten was forced to resign.  There has been this “unwritten rule” that presidential children are “off limits” to the press and media.  But, Lauten was neither.  There is a written rule in this country called the First Amendment giving people the right to free speech, whether or not it is in bad taste.  So I say to Mr. Obama the same thing that he says to us when we loudly and firmly protest his Executive Order on immigration: “If you don’t like it, T.S.”

CONGRESS CUTS MILITARY BENEFITS

Congressional Republicans have joined with the Democrats in the lame duck session to cut military benefits, according to a report in TOWNHALL.COM.  The National Defense Authorization Act cuts the pay raise for the military, imposes caps on basic housing allowance and imposes co-pays on prescription drugs totaling $5 billion in overall cuts.

Q. I’m not sure what all of the fuss is about taxpayer files going to the White House?  (Samantha ~ Cottonwood, AZ)

A. For one thing, the I.R.S. didn’t just one day decide to send some files to the White House.  The White House had to have sent them a specific list of files to be pulled and sent, meaning they wanted information about specific people.  Why would they want this information?  It was to be used against those people, as a payback or as a method of control.  That’s all totally illegal and an unconstitutional invasion of privacy.  It’s sinister at best.  It goes along the line of “If you don’t tell me where you hid the cookies, I’m going to tell mom about your secret stash of pot.” 

Q. And what is your opinion of the Grand Jury verdict on the Eric Garner case in New York?  (Debra ~ Kauai, HI)

A. Of course, all we know is what has been made public; we are not privy to what evidence and testimony was presented to the Grand Jury.  However… based on what we do know, that Garner died because of excessive force and respiratory failure, that he was not threatening the officers with a gun or any other weapon, that choke-holds are against NYPD policy…. I am surprised that they did not indict the cops on at least negligent homicide or manslaughter charges.  By the way, these circumstances are entirely different than those in Ferguson.  Would I burn down a few building in response?  Not in this rain…

Q. I see that Texas and sixteen other states are suing the Obama Administration over Obama’s Executive Order on immigration.  What do you think will happen with it? (Cass ~ Hemet, CA)

A. The lawsuit raises three objections: that Obama violated the "Take Care Clause" of the U.S. Constitution that limits the scope of presidential power; that the federal government violated rulemaking procedures; and that the order will "exacerbate the humanitarian crisis along the southern border, which will affect increased state investment in law enforcement, health care and education."  The odds of it reaching the Supreme Court before Obama leaves office are slim and none; it’s essentially an exercise in futility.

NATIONAL DEBT AT $18 TRILLION

The U.S. national debt crossed the $18 trillion dollar mark over the weekend.

That’s about $60,000 for every man, woman and child in the United States.  Unfortunately, there seems to be no end to this spending spree we have allowed Obama to engineer.

Q. What’s the latest on Bowe Bergdahl?  (Wes ~ Carson, CA)

A. Since the Army completed its investigation in August into whether or not Bergdahl actually deserted his post and joined up with the Taliban, it has kept a tight lid on the results.  In the meanwhile, an allegation has surfaced by California Representative Duncan Hunter and others that in addition to releasing five terrorists in exchange for Bergdahl, a ransom was also paid.  I predict, as I have from the beginning, that the White House will never allow charges to be pressed against Bergdahl because of the kissy-huggy moments Obama had with Bergdahl’s parents at the White House.  The results could be another Benghazi moment, where we never get an answer and Bergdahl goes free. 

Q. The United States has been paying Social Security benefits to former Nazis?  (Brian ~ Litchfield, AZ)

A. The details are still oozing out like typical Washington slime, but the short answer is yes.  It appears that some Nazis managed to get into the U.S. after the war and were discovered years later.  I don’t know for sure, but I’m guessing that the government didn’t want to let the public know it had failed to detect and arrest them and turn them over for trial, so they offered to pay them lifetime Social Security benefits if they would quietly leave the country. 

Q. You recently alleged that business which hires illegals who have their new work permits under the Obama “amnesty” we receive a $3,000 bonus per new hire.  I haven’t heard anything else about it.  Do you have any more details?  (Carla ~ Renton, WA)

A. First reports were a little murky, as they often tend to be.  Here’s the latest scoop from the WASHINGTON TIMES: “President Obama’s temporary amnesty, which lasts three years, declares up to 5 million illegal immigrants to be lawfully in the country and eligible for work permits, but it still deems them ineligible for public benefits such as buying insurance on Obamacare’s health exchanges.  Under the Affordable Care Act, that means businesses who hire them won’t have to pay a penalty for not providing them health coverage — making them $3,000 more attractive than a similar native-born worker, whom the business by law would have to cover.” So, why should I hire you when it is more attractive for me to hire an illegal?

BOEHNER WANTS TO LET OBAMA AMNESTY STICK

The NEW YORK TIMES is reporting that House Speaker John Boehner intends to derail growing House ire over Obama’s defacto, and illegal, amnesty bill.  Boehner will not tolerate any attempt to defund portions of the budget until Obama cancels his Executive Order for fear such a move would lead to another government shutdown.

A. Some of the rocks were stolen, around 180 as I understand it.  They’ll be easy to identify: they’re stamped, “Made in Japan.” 

Q. Why are pre-Christmas sales down so much when unemployment figures and gas prices are down?  (Mary ~ Redding, CA)

A. Regardless of unemployment figures being down, they are an outright statistical lie.  The number of people not working has never been higher, percentage-wise, and is about to take a huge jump even higher with 5 million more aliens able to get work cards.  And, just because you save $10 at the pump doesn’t mean you are in any financial condition to blow $300 at the store.  Finally, Americans are angry that they are taking home less, they have to pay more for health insurance and Obama has declared amnesty; they simply don’t feel they can spend their way to happiness with this President.  In short, Obama has constipated America. 

Q. Romney, Romney, Romney… The mid-term elections are barely over and there’s this huge rush to give the GOP Nomination to a two-time loser.  He proved himself to be unable to deal with confrontation during the Obama debates.  Why are they so set on Romney?  (Libby ~ Las Vegas, NM)

A. Because they don’t want to win.  They like Democrats and are enamored with Hillary.  That’s the only reason I can think of.  The electorate hands them the torch and that proceed to douse it… again, again and again... expecting different results each time.

I.R.S. PISSING AWAY TAXPAYER DOLLARS

Hot on the heels of Saturday’s revelation that the I.R.S. has been giving confidential taxpayer information to the White House, the news escapes that hundreds of thousands of prisoners are filing phony tax returns and getting refunds from the I.R.S.  According to the report, more than 137,000 phony tax returns were filed in 2012 using a prisoner’s Social Security number to the tune of $1 billion. While many of the fake refunds were flagged and prevented by the agency, the IRS issued $70 million in bogus refunds.

And they paid 2014 bonuses in the millions of dollars to their employees, some of which are delinquent themselves.  You’re a taxpayer; how do feel about it and what are you going to do about it?

A. I believe in free trade and letting the marketplace dictate prices.  If people don’t want to work at a job for the wages being offered, they shouldn’t take the job.  If there aren’t any other jobs, they need to be asking their President why he has created a business climate where businesses can’t afford to hire more employees.  Now, as for how much money Wal-Mart is making, you have to ask how much their investment is, how much of that profit goes back to employees in the form of benefits and dividends, and how much higher unemployment figures would be in this country if they went out of business.  The idiots making your argument are displaying the fact that they haven’t thought things all of the way through.  

Q. Did I hear that Obama is continuing to release prisoners from Guantanamo, even though they are heading straight back to terrorist activities?  (Bernadine ~ Schenectady, NY)

A. Yes.  Five captives were released last week and more are set for December.  Just 143 detainees remain at the facility now, down from a high of close to 800.  And, by the way, Obama doesn’t give a damn whether you like it or not.

A. Obama has led the country to the verge of anarchy and people are afraid for their lives.
