North Korean dictator Kim Jong-il has proclaimed that North Korea is prepared to use a nuclear weapon against Washington D.C. and Seoul turning both cities into a “heap of ashes.”

A. Germany is full of Muslims with more moving in daily from the war-torn regions of Syria and Iran.  We should take heed; we’re exposing ourselves to the same, thanks to Hussein in the White House. 

Q. I thought the Email scandal was over; now the F.B.I. says it has just found 15,000 more of them that were previously undisclosed.  How can there be so many?  (Burt ~ Sparks, NV)

A. I’m inclined to think they weren’t all hers, that some were Huma Abedin’s, Cheryl Mills’ etc.  It sure is a mystery to me, however, that after a year or so of 127+ F.B.I. agents investigating her, these Emails were not “discovered” until after Comey let her off the hook.  They must have been hidden in her bidet.

UGLY VETERAN INJUSTICE

A group of U.S. military veterans has been deported to Mexico and ordered never to return.  The veterans are Mexican nationals who came to the United States on “green card” visas, joined the military and served honorably.  They now hang out in the Deported Veterans Support House in Tijuana. 

COMMENTS:

They were told that, although they served us honorably, they were on “green Card’ status and had to be deported; there was no consideration of their duty or sacrifice to America.  And here we are, allowing undocumented illegal aliens into our country who’ve never done a thing for us and many of whom are convicted criminals.  Isn’t it time we fixed things? Have we no scruples?

A. It ostensibly is not going to be under foreign control, just not OUR control.  It will be under the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority, IANA, which in turn is under various nations, businesses and tech gurus.  Assuming that everything is on the “up and up,” my response is this: we built it with our dollars and tax dollars and we should keep it; if other nations don’t like it, why don’t they go and build their owned damned Internet?  I, like Trump, am sick and tired of this country giving everything away.   

Q. I just heard it is illegal to own, possess or sell ivory within the state of California. I own an antique piano that has ivory keys.  Could I be fined or jailed?  (Leno ~ San Martin, CA)

A. California Penal Code section 653o makes it illegal “to possess with intent to sell, or to sell within the state, the dead body, or any part or product thereof, of any polar bear, leopard, ocelot, tiger, cheetah, jaguar, sable antelope, wolf (Canis lupus), zebra, whale, cobra, python, sea turtle, colobus monkey, kangaroo, vicuna, sea otter, free-roaming feral horse, dolphin or porpoise (Delphinidae), Spanish lynx, or elephant.” So, if you have a trophy head mounted on your wall or ivory keyboards on your piano, you’re okay unless… you even think about selling it, because then you have intent to sell.  Whether or not your spouse qualifies as being a whale I’ll leave up to you and the courts to decide. 

Q. Where does Hillary and her Clinton mafia get off wondering about Paul Manafort’s connections to the Russians when she and John Podesta are in the thick of the scandal of selling off U.S. uranium deposits to Russia for private gain?  (Ziggy ~ Carson, CA)

A. The saying is that it takes a good offense to put up a good defense and God knows that Hillary has one helluva pile of crap to defend.  She’s trying to deflect attention from the Clinton Foundation.   Do you suppose that, should she get elected, she’ll make mistakes and blame Obama?

TARGET GETS FLUSHED

Target stocks are in the toilet after millions of customers decided to take their business elsewhere following its decision to make all restrooms transgender restrooms.  Now they’re building a third restroom at each store, not for use by transgenders, but for use by men and women who are uncomfortable using the transgender bathrooms.  Each new restroom will have lockable doors to maintain privacy for the users. 

COMMENTS:

The only problem: the new restrooms will only have one toilet, so if it’s in use and you really have to go…. It’s amazing how all of these liberal, politically correct people think… or don’t think.   As far as I am concerned, their stock can continue to go down the abyss.

A. Yes.  In the old days, we would refer to it as being “flipped off.”  

Q. I just heard there’s a new way hackers can gain full access to your computer through your smart phone?  (Vinnie ~ Las Vegas, NV)

A. I’ve always advised people not to use their smart phones for banking transactions or anything else which needs to be secured.  Everyone these days is pushing aps that you can use in conjunction with their gadgets to do everything from watering your plants, to turning your lights on and off, to feeding the dog, and to providing home security features.  The trick is, those aps send you an email to let you know they’ve accomplished their task or your house is burning to the ground.  It is through this vulnerability that hackers gain access to your email address and passcode and with that they gain access to your computer and then all hell breaks loose.  In many respects, it’s best to keep your smart phone dumb.

AMERICAN FLAG IS RULED TO BE A “LIABILITY”

The Arlington Fire District in Poughkeepsie, New York has ordered all American flags removed from all district fire trucks because they could pose a liability if they distract other drivers.  The flag flap follows a recent Rhode Island controversy, in which local firefighters were called "terrorists" for deciding to fly Old Glory on the back of their trucks.

Why doesn’t the district just fly the Islamic flag on their tricks instead and solve the real issue?

Q. I was pleasantly surprised when the F.B.I. immediately agreed to provide Congress with transcripts of their interview with Hillary Clinton.  We may finally get some answers as to why they didn’t want to prosecute.  (Georgia ~ Pleasanton, CA)

A. Not so fast there; the documents are so heavily redacted that they are virtually useless.  If Congress is sincere in wanting to know the haps, they’re going to have to take the matter to court and get a court order for the F.B.I. to cut out the bullshit and produce full and complete transcripts.  It continues to be evident that there is some grand scheme at play to get Hillary into the White House, and they’re willing to risk anything in order to make that happen. 

Q. The pictures of Donald Trump having a big law enforcement meeting at Trump Towers are very impressive and very presidential.  Does Hillary have any similar moves going on?  (Lolita ~ Salem, MA)

A. You’ve got to be kidding!  It’s well known that the only kinds of meetings she ever has is to tell people to go $%#& themselves.

CHINA’S NEW SATELLITE

China has just launched a new satellite which will supposedly enable digital communications that cannot be hacked. 

COMMENTS:

I think this underscores the fact that the U.S. has pulled in its space exploration and technology horns and that it is being outmaneuvered on political, scientific and military fronts.  This event and the establishment of militarized bases in the South China Sea in what is legally international waters amounts to arrogant one-upmanship against Obama and his regime.  What a horrible mess we have to clean up.

Q. I find it more and more difficult to search and find things about Clinton’s shady past on Google.  I’ve heard and suspect that they are covering things up for Hillary.  Is that legal, and how are they getting away with it?  (Lila ~ Las Vegas, NV)

A. That opens up some new legal discussion.  On the one hand, you have freedom of the press and probably the Internet; on the other hand, you have laws regarding censorship.  Google is not a government agency, so that also enters into the equation.  But, why shouldn’t they get away with it?  They did the same thing for Obama… helped him to scrub the Internet about his past.  The question I have for you is this: If you suspect they are not playing fair, why aren’t you using a different search engine? 

Q. If Clinton wins, what do you thing is the first thing she will do as president?  (Gary ~ Phoenix, AZ)

A. She’ll appoint radical, left-wing and gun-grabbing judges to every federal court bench and to the Supreme Court as quickly and completely as she can.  Our illustrious progressive, "establishment" Congress will do nothing to stop her.  And, Barack Obama could end up on the Supreme Court himself.  Are you ready for that grief and corruption?
