JUSTICE DEPARTMENT ABSCONDS FROM DUTIES

The Department of Justice will not file any criminal charges against Lois Lerner or other current or former employees of the IRS who deleted emails and hid evidence of abuse and misuse of governmental powers to target and harm conservative groups. 

COMMENTS:

And I will bet you that the Congress of the United States won’t utter a peep about it and the American citizens will turn the other way.  It’s official: we now have a despot-in-chief and no one cares.

A. Actually, Israel made a dry run into Iran in 2012 in preparation to do just that.  Obama then cut off Netanyahu from all U.S. intelligence regarding Iran and warned Israel it had better butt out. 

Q. Is ISIS getting ready to invade Israel and, if so, what will the world do about it?  (Germaine ~ Richmond, CA)

A. ISIS has just released a video in which it says that it will soon attack Israel and that not one Jew will be left alive there.  I think that Britain and Canada will rush to Israel’s defense and Obama will not.

ANOTHER ILLEGAL TRAGEDY

Francisco Javier Chavez posted $100,000 cash bail by paying a $10,000 bail bond on charges of beating a California toddler within an inch of her life in late July; he was a no show for his arraignment on August 13^th.  There is now a call to deny bail to such illegals when charged with violent crimes. 

COMMENTS:

All they have to do is flee to San Francisco, a sanctuary city which stated loud and clear on Wednesday that it will continue to refuse to turn such illegals over to authorities.  His victim, the 2-year-old daughter of his live-in girlfriend, is now in foster care, paralyzed from the beating that also left her with both arms and a femur broken. Well before he was arrested in San Luis Obispo County for attacking the child, Chavez had compiled a lengthy criminal record that includes assault and drug convictions and arrests for violent acts such as kidnapping, car-jacking and cruelty to a child. He was deported in February 2014, but as in previous instances, found it easy to sneak back across the border and into the U.S.  And San Francisco and Barack Obama don’t give a damn.

A. The chief excitement of the day was when Hillary flatly denied ever blaming the Benghazi attach on a video.  It was just another dog and pony show and a waste of everybody’s time.  Our government has become an absolute farce.   

Q. I understand that the Mexican Drug Cartels are now growing and manufacturing meth and other drugs right in the United States, in addition to shipping across the border?  (Geraldo ~ Portland, OR)

A.  The cartels have U.S. operations in Texas, California and Oregon and many of 24 defendants just arrested are illegals who didn’t have enough sense to hide out in San Francisco.    

Q. Illegals can now vote in California?  (Trish ~ Redding, CA)

A. The great and infamous Governor “Moonbeam” Brown just signed legislation making it mandatory that drivers are automatically registered to vote when they renew their licenses.  Since illegals can obtain driver licenses in California, that means they will automatically be registered to vote.  That includes the illegal criminals who are hiding out in sanctuary cities.

WAL-MART IN BIG TROUBLE

Wal-Mart stocks are taking a major hit.  They just had their biggest one-day drop in over 15 years. 

COMMENTS:

It’s no big surprise.  Their recent announcement that they have raised minimum wages to $15 per hour ticked off a whole slew of other employees who didn’t get a single dime in the way of wage hikes.  With the increase of minimum wage came sticker-shock to Wal-Mart patrons and a huge earnings decrease.  Sales are not only off, but many stores are suffering with perishable inventory that is simply no longer flying off of store shelves.  And their CEO still doesn’t understand the big picture.  The Waltons built that business into what it is today by listening to their employees and their consumers; today’s management seems to think that employees and customers don’t have any right to tell the company how to run its business.  Well, the lesson here is simple: when you quit paying attention to what people want, you pay the penalty instead.

A. It caught me by total surprise.  Maybe he’s not as dumb as he looks.  Maybe he recognizes that since he supports Obama’s policies 100%, he doesn’t stand a chance.  Maybe Hillary threatened to cut off his emails.  Who knows???

Q. Did I hear that Jeb Bush is chastising Christians who don’t want more Muslim refugees headed here?  (Carla ~ Santa Maria, CA)

A. No, but one of his former speech writers has said  that American Christians aren’t Christian enough if they don’t want to fund or house Muslim refugees from the Middle East.  I just scratched Bush totally off my list of acceptable candidates.  Maybe the Bush family won’t mind setting up a Muslim refugee camp on their Texas ranch. 

Q. I understand that Mitt Romney is blasting conservative Republicans.  Is he trying to totally destroy the party?  (Harvey ~ Kenmore, WA)

A. It does appear that way, doesn’t it?  I guess it hasn’t dawned on Mitt yet that he’s never going to be president.  He says that conservatives prevent Republicans from compromising more with Democrats, so I assume that Mitt is now revealing that he is a closet Democrat and always has been.  The only way you can compromise with a Democrat is to roll over and play dead, because they will accept nothing less.

STATISTICS: AMERICA'S WAR AGAINST COPS

The FBI released a report this week showing that 48,315 peace officers were assaulted in the United States in 2014.  Of those, 28.3% resulted in injury to the officer.  4% of the assaults involved guns, 2% involved knives and about 80% involved bare-knuckles, knees and feet.  The FBI report also showed that 45 officers died in the line of duty via accidents. Another 51 officers were killed in the line of duty “as a result of felonious acts.” Forty-six of the 51 officers killed were murdered with firearms in various situations.

COMMENTS:

Every time a cop pulls someone over or encounters them on the street, he is putting his life in danger.  While he does it for a paycheck, he also does it because of his sense of responsibility to protect the American public.  The decisions he makes are quite often split-second decisions which will decide whether or not somebody gets shot.  There are those in this country including the White House who think all cops are bad.  But the plain simple fact of the matter is that without cops, we wouldn’t have anybody to enforce the laws of our society and then, we’d really be in a very bad way.   Do a good deed today: tell a copy he’s very much appreciated.

A. Absolutely.  That’s why I suspect you will see some kind of adverse action against Hillary by the Obama administration before the primaries.

Q. Do you think Hillary’s testimony before the House Select Committee on Benghazi will get any more answers?  (Giles ~ Paso Robles, CA)

A. I don’t think it will be any more revealing than the last time she testified when she was treated with kid gloves.  I don’t think anybody in Congress is serious about taking on the Obamas or the Clintons. 

Q. Do you think Native American tribes should be allowed to grow marijuana on their tribal lands?  (Lael ~ Gallup, NM)

A. Yes, but the law is the law.  You can’t just ignore it or make side deals not to prosecute it, like the Obama goons do; if you don’t like the law, change it and do things the legal way.  There was a time when casinos were illegal on tribal lands, but through changing the laws and setting up regulatory oversight, that has evolved.

CAN GOP FIND A SPEAKER?

The House GOP, while waiting to hear definitively from Paul Ryan, seems to be unable to coalesce long enough to select a leader.  Accordingly, there is talk that John Boehner will have to withdraw his resignation and stay on until 2017.

They’ve become sooooo dysfunctional.  I mean, sooooo dysfunctional.  Maybe they should all have a sit down with Laura Schlessinger.

A. I guess the fix is in.  For whatever reason, Hillary and Democrats know the committee is hitting pay dirt and they want Hillary to get off.  I would not be surprised if Clinton money is behind it. 

Q. Who do you think is responsible for the lax national security that led up to 9/11? (Gertrude ~ Dallas, TX)

A. William Jefferson Clinton.  He had plenty of intelligence rumblings that something was afoot in the Middle East and not only did he fail to take appropriate security measures to prevent it, he also failed to inform the incoming Bush administration of that information.  Not even Trump can blame Bush for that one.

A. If you dig around the internet a little, you’ll discover several potential website names have been taken and/or websites are “under construction.”
