IT’S BACK: THAT RUSSIAN SPY SHIP

The Viktor Leonov, the Russian spy ship that’s been meandering in and out of the East Coast, has been spotted monitoring activity just 20 miles south of the U.S. nuclear submarine base at King’s Bay, Georgia.  The ship is armed with surface-to-air missiles and Russia's most current intelligence gathering technology.

COMMENTS:

The next thing we know, CNN is going to be claiming President secretly owns the ship.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. How do you feel about the news regarding Trump’s 2005 tax return?  (Maria ~ Olympia, WA)
A. What I can’t figure out is how Rachel Maddow’s participation in a felony gets more coverage in the news than Kim Jong-un’s threats to attack U.S. forces in South Korea.  What is wrong with this picture?

Q. Do you have any confidence in James Comey?  (Giles ~ Empire, NV)
A. Unfortunately, I don’t have any confidence in anybody in the F.B.I. right now.  To me, they have a long way to go in cleaning up their act before they should be in charge of cleaning up anyone else’s act.

Q. Just a day or two ago, the Ryan Republicans were ecstatic that their new health care plan was going to save taxpayers $337 billion over ten years.  Now, they’re throwing in a whole slew of other taxes that are going to be reduced under their new plan, totaling $883 billion.  I feel like I’m stuck on a used car lot with an aggressive salesman.  What do you think?  (Tom ~ Temecula, CA)
A. I’ll have you know this health care plan was owned by a little old lady from Pasadena who never had to go to the doctor.  Yes, I'm sure we’re being hustled.
