Q. How do you respond to the student body leader at Missouri
University who says she’s sick and tired of people asserting the First
Amendment? (Theo ~ Stockton, CA)
A. I don’t think, in all of her scholastic brilliance, it
has dawned on her that if we didn’t have the First Amendment, she would have no
right to say it. I think she’d be more
comfortable living in Iran or, perhaps, the White House.
Q. ROTC students have been warned not to wear their
uniforms? (Phil ~ Kirkland, WA)
A. At the University of Missouri in Columbia, yes. Threats have been made towards veterans
and soldiers in the area. We already
have a different form of terrorism within the country.
Q. I hear that the Republican establishment is so afraid of
Trump and Carson that they are contemplating drafting Romney. How sick can they get? (Merlo ~ San Ysabel, CA)
A. Kind of reminds you of Typhoid Mary, doesn’t it?
