One of the edicts coming out of the Department of Justice
was that no one could sell or transfer handguns across a state line; in order
to buy a gun in Texas, you had to prove you were a Texas resident. Two residents of Washington State tried to do
just that, were denied the purchases and sued the government. Holder claimed there was nothing in the
Second Amendment guaranteeing the right to purchase weapons across a state
line. A Federal Court in Texas has ruled
the edict to be unconstitutional.
COMMENTS:
While gun rights advocates have been winning on a regular
basis, the gun control idiots have been pushing their agendas in all states and
in many forms. Liberal judges have been
inclined to go along with them, which means countless millions of dollars are
being spent in appeals and that’s just what they want. The gun control zealots should be forced to
pay the legal fees of the gun advocates in such instances. It’s interesting to
note that Holder and others like him are protected 24/7 by armed
bodyguards.

A. They have a rule that you have to use your real name to
have an account. So, anyone with a Native name, such as Lone Wolf, Standing
Bear, Spotted Buffalo… is prevented from having a Facebook account. It is interesting to note that drag queens,
transgenders and others ARE allowed to use other than their legal names. Go figure.

former Taliban commander, Abdul Rauf Khadim, swore allegiance to ISIS/ISIL just
a few weeks ago. It is also confirmed that Khadim is a former Guantanamo Bay
detainee who was released in 2007 for being a really nice guy. Now, you CAN blame Bush for that.
